They are ok, the driver was not telling himself on what to do and where to go but he was decent and never denied going anywhere wherever we asked. the itinerary could have been better. we missed pinnawala because of it. We paid a premium to this agency but saw no diffference. Could have seleted any other agency which was cheaper.
