We had an amazing trip to Spiti Valley with travel triangle and tour operator ,Travel Talkies. Everything was well organized, and special thanks to Mr. Kamal Kashyap who checked in daily and helped us even beyond expectations — including returning our forgotten clothes free of cost and assisting when my father had to leave early due to health reasons. Our driver, Anil Rana, was excellent — very safe, respectful, and knowledgeable about the region. He suggested great food and shopping spots and made the journey very comfortable. Terrible Experience at Paragon Hotel Seminyak, Bali We had the worst experience at Paragon Hotel. When we checked in, the shower part was already broken. We reported it immediately, and the hotel staff said they would replace it. But after 3–4 days, nothing was done. Then, during checkout, they suddenly fined us $50 for the broken part, even though it was already damaged before we arrived. This was very unfair and embarrassing. They did not keep their word and blamed us for something that was not our fault. The staff did not act professionally, and the way they handled the situation was disappointing. This kind of treatment is not acceptable. I do not recommend Paragon Hotel Seminyak to anyone. Be careful—they might charge you for things you didn’t do.

So I booked a HoneyMoon Package to Kashmir with TravelTriangle and got an amazing deal with there travel agents GallopTravels with Miss. khusboo and Ms. Kritika From TravelTriangle. They both are super professional when it comes to performing there respective duties. The Cab driver provided was completely suitable for what I requested for the driver to be very helpful, generous Mr. Mehraj. The Only minor issue which i faced was the last day stay in HouseBoat. The decoration and HoneyMoon Cake was to be provided on the Housboat with Candle Night dinner but the Caretake failed to put on efforts with the decorations and failed to arrange the Cake or any alternative. Raised the issue with Ms. Khusbhoo from Gallop. She on her end looked into the matter but the decoration which was only 4 balloons which were hanging defalted before our arrival on Boat. one more issue which I raised with Ms. khusboo was the behaviour of the caretaker who looked on staring my wife when she wore a below Knee dress for our complimentary shikara ride which she was feeling uncomfortable because of this guy's behaviour had to change to jeans and top. And during our candle night dinner I requested this guy to not to come during the dinner If i need something i will call you but only after 10 minuted of our candle night dinner moment i again entered unexpectedly opening all the Lights spoiling our candle night dinner. If i somehow ignore this last day's stay everything was perfect. This last day is not the fault of Travel Triangle or Gallop Travels i dont blame them for the same but i blame that houseboat caretaker with such cheap/narrow mentality. Rest assured Travel Triangle is one option for me for my future journeys. Regards.

The trip planning was wrong, the itinerary given to the cab and agency in Bali was wrong. Our 1 day got wasted. Cab driver was not well informed

Would recommend mr lucky to everyone as he planned my trip to Thailand really well . I had to pay fees for few of the sightseeing which I feel should be clearly told in advance. Besides that everything went smooth . Also avoid a guy named Kashish as he tried to scam me over flight bookings which mr lucky handled and solved the problem as soon as he could . So yeah overall it was a nice experience.
