The Berjaya Hotel doesnt provide floor mat nor room sandle.Floor is always wet.
The Coral strand Hotel charges 20Euro for every hour extension.Never heard of this.
-The boat which brought us to Marine Park never anchored itself but moved,making us to swim to catch up with the boat.

At the time of booking, we had clearly opted for 2 bedrooms with an extra mattress in each room, accommodating 4 adults and 2 children ( anything beyond 7 yrs is chargeable as per communication during booking )This arrangement was explicitly mentioned and confirmed in both the quotation as well as
the hotel vouchers provided to us.
However, during the hotel checkout at Avenue18 , we were unexpectedly asked to pay an additional amount of ₹2600 for one child, with the justification that she is 12 years old though other kids age is 15 years.This came as a complete surprise to us.
Hotel explained that the one Kid's age was mentioned 9 during booking which has been done by the Agent but there was no communication to us .

Everything was okay but every activity has some pro version in which you have to pay extra it’s bit annoying . Even photo shoot in the evening includes costs and the breakfast of the hotels was very basic . You could improve in providing better hotels and more flexible user experience.
