We booked our Ladakh trip with Travo Guider and it turned out to be an amazing experience. Even though it was an impromptu plan, Vivek was extremely patient and proactive in arranging everything smoothly at such short notice. There was a small issue with the standard of one of the hotels, but Vivek handled it very gracefully and managed to arrange a better hotel for us within 30 minutes, which was truly impressive. A big thanks to our driver, Mr. Dorjay. Not only was he very experienced, but also a kind and wonderful person who made our journey even more memorable. We had a fantastic family trip to Badrinath at August'25 last week, arranged by Navicrow Holidays through Travel Triangle. Our journey started and ended in Haridwar, and the entire experience was memorable. The hotels provided were in very convenient locations and were also budget-friendly, which made it easy for us to explore the attractions. The support we received from the team was exceptional. Our agent, Mr. Aman Yadav, and tour coordinator, Mr. Yash, were incredibly helpful and in constant touch with us and our cab driver Mr. Himanshu was excellent. This was especially reassuring during an unexpected situation. On our return journey from Joshimath, we had to tackle landslides, which prevented us from reaching Rishikesh. However, thanks to their quick and efficient coordination, we were provided with a comfortable hotel in Rudraprayag instead. Despite the natural calamity, the team handled the situation with great professionalism. Overall, we had a wonderful and stress-free experience, and we are very grateful to the team for all their help.
