Trip organisation was good, could be better but obviously it was value for money where we enjoyed a lot.Our 5N 6D trip went well but during the arrival hotel checkin was delayed by 7hrs which led us disappointed, but after the 1st day trip was according planned as itenary and pick up and drop was well in time that was impressive, even during pick up and drop we had a luxury transfers which was over expectations and was well planned. During the adventure activity in Pattaya in sea we felt they could have guided us better before to have our swim suits but although the activity went superb so no more regrets.Our trip organiser Parul had a great communication during and before the trip even she handle it so well we could feel the back right.I recommend any travelers to get in touch with Parul before planning from Navigatio ASIA being a wonderful and helpful coordinator.The only suggestion to Navigatio ASIA is to share more details to tourist to avoid last moment enquiries.Overall the trip was amazing.Thank you for those nostalgic moments.

Our family trip to Gujarat was nicely planned and organised by Diu Travels and Travel Triangle. I am very happy. We could have missed the Gir forest safari, but our travel advisor Amin Mansuri helped us and made it possible to attend.

Drivers behavior was good clean and neet very polite his driving skill was good but at some places he was driving rash passengers sitting on the middle row was literally moving hear n there

The trip was ok. The driver aligned on Day-1 was very rude. Dint know the way to talk to guest. He was very frustrating and irritating person. Dint even know how to drive, I would have rated driver 0, but the driver on day2 was good, hence I have given 3 stars. The travel agent was supportive, however it seems there were gaps as what were discussed with him and planned. We had a flight landing at 7 and when we visited hotel, the manager told us that the checkin would be at 12 pm. On calling the travel agent he said that the hotel arrangment is on the basis of availability. Ideally he should have told me earlier if this was the situation. Also his alignment with the cab agency was also not good. The cab agent was telling something and the travel agent said something else. I mean this kind of scenarios would have been avoided if they had a better planning before my visit. I bit disappointed with the experience I had this time. I have been travelling with travel triangle from quite some time and things have been great. Hoping to have better services in future.

Review - Kashmir trip with Guided trips Thank you for arranging our recent trip to Kashmir. Overall, the experience was okay, enhanced significantly by the beauty of the region itself. However, I wanted to provide some constructive feedback regarding the services provided. We found our assigned driver was not fully aware of our planned itinerary and required frequent reminders. His enthusiasm for showing us the sights seemed limited, leading us to believe he might not have been experienced in guided tours. We were also surprised to learn that our booking had been passed on to another agency. While the driver was punctual and the car was in good condition, we feel the level of coordination could have been significantly improved. As first-time visitors, we anticipated more proactive communication and guidance, perhaps a short daily check-in, to ensure everything was running smoothly. We also encountered an issue with another driver in Pehelgam, who seemed eager to cut our visit short. On the positive side, we greatly appreciate the 14-month credit you extended due to the original trip cancellation last year. The hotel you suggested was excellent, and the timely pick-up and drop-off arrangements were satisfactory. We hope this feedback is helpful. While the travel agency services were somewhat overshadowed by Kashmir's natural beauty, we still enjoyed our trip and are considering returning in another season.
