Important Tip for Other Travelers:
The only minor downside was our experience on the Green Ocean Ferry. While the staff was fine, the vessel itself was very slow compared to the other options.

Cab and Driver:
Cabs are clean and drivers were punctual in picking up on time and dropping off at the attraction or hotel. Only thing better coul
d have been city tour but may be not much can be done with limited time we have for city tour.
Services of travel agent:
Overall very satisfied with the planning and services provided. Everything went very smooth with no issues. As I have said above, city tour would have been better, may be need more time for city tour. My stay at Dubai was very pleasant. Thanks to Dubai operation team of travel agent.

The things which were promised to us was not fulfilled when we went to the destination.
Asking money in hurry , not agreeing to our itenary etc are the reasons .
Hotel was great with good service.
