We recently visited Sri Lanka on a trip organized by Steeple Tours, with assistance from Dilini. She was excellent at her job, providing support throughout the trip. The accommodations were comfortable, and the staff was very welcoming. The driver was knowledgeable, showed us great places, and offered helpful suggestions for a smoother journey. However, we would like to highlight two key concerns: 1. **Herbal and Spice Garden in Bentota:** This was our first visit to the garden, and we were unsure of what to expect. Upon arrival, the representative’s initial question was whether we planned to make any purchases. They indicated that they would only show us around if we intended to buy something, as their time was valuable. Although we expressed interest in looking around before deciding, their attitude changed when we chose not to make a purchase. They made disrespectful remarks, insinuating that we couldn’t afford it. This behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable, especially towards tourists who contribute to the country’s tourism industry. 2. **Availability of Indian Food:** Before flying to Sri Lanka, we repeatedly confirmed that Indian food would be available at the hotels where we would stay. Despite this, 4 out of the 7 hotels did not provide Indian food. This was disappointing, as it affected the overall experience. We kindly request you to address these issues to ensure better experiences for future travelers.

North East window travel is very good and well organised. Iliyas helped us throughout the trip and guided us with location to visit and shop. Kudos to entire team!! Ali is a very nice driver and friendly guy... He helped us throughout the trip and my kids were happy and friendly with him. Also another driver Dipen, he is also great and friendly drivers.

Very good service But in phuket the room was not good and cab from phuket to krabi was not good Even cad from DMK airport to shopping was not good and the driver was very elderly person he cannot guide us what to do next.

Positive first. Good Cab driver.Bad Cab. Hotels in Munnar, Kovalam good, kochin and Alleppey so so.. Could be improved in guiding hotels with facilities rather than cost and location. Just has a feeling I might have gone with 5 star package... All the Trip is Great memory

First I doubted that how come many travel agencies they approached, and the quatioan was competition for each of them, travel triangle was the best they suggested to opt the best quotation and among i choosed the agencies, i personally suggest travel triangle to choose you destination with them, don't go by negative reviews and travel triangle they helped me a lot hitesh was my travel planner he helped me a lot thanks to them .
