Saumya's 5 days trip to Seychelles

We booked our trip to Seychelles via Holiday Box, one of the travel agents available on Travel Triangle. Can’t thank enough Kunal for planning our trip and their counterparts in Seychelles, Creole. We were very much impressed by Creole on time services and punctuality, their way of communicating the plans and their helpful staff on ground. Our hotels in Praslin and Mahé was Berjaya. We had the great experience there. Can’t appreciate more the customer experience given by Mr Bilal in Praslin. In Mahe, they had the best and friendliest staff, Mr Prem Singh, Rohan, Raj, Tikaram. They had the best in house Indian Restaurant, Indian Tandoor Cuisines and I can honestly say with the some of the best chefs, Abid and Nawaz and our server Anil Singh. Highly recommend Holiday Vox, Creole and Travel Triangle too book a relaxing and chilling vacation in India or anywhere outside Food, friendly staff and Hotels with their private beaches

Tvsagar's 7 days trip to Bali

Experience was very good, had no much issues as the itinerary was planned on advance in good way. Few improvements which can be thought of. 1. Single point of contact necessary instead of multiple people contacting during travel. 2. Hotels with Indian food would have been better.

Naveen's 5 days trip to Mauritius

Overall a great trip, except for the following: Pickup cab was missing, there was no one with the placard at the airport. One driver even made me load the luggage and then asked me to unload it as he didn't have enough seats. No drinking water bottle provided anywhere - during meals at hotel, transfer cabs and during the tours. Most tours end at 4-5pm and dinner starts at 7pm only, it's important for the hotel to provide some fruits / snacks at the room for full board booking.

Aman's 6 days trip to Mauritius

Everything was mostly good. The only improvement could be to include more city time in port lois. We lot very less time to explore the main city market and do shopping. Also we got very limited time at Waterfront in port lois. We hoped to see sunset there but travel agent wanted to wrap by 4pm and leave early.

Sreeram's 5 days trip to Singapore

Cab services were good. They wanted us to be on time, however a couple of times they came late. Besides, they were a bit rude and unwelcoming. Service of travel agent - Gave us a good hotel stay. Coordination and responsiveness could have been better. Had to consistently follow up for the tickets and vouchers with the agent at Singapore. Night Safari tickets were shared 15min after we reached the location.

One of the Hotel given by travel agent without any due diligence. In that property there was no wifi option and no phone network as well. Which hotel is now a days not providing wifi??? Totally cut off that day and travel agent was more interested in getting the balance payment for which he called reception and asked them to give call to me as my phone had no network. I asked him to do something and give some discount atleast as there was no wifi and network and hotel was not upto mark in that sense but he said pay full amount and he will see what he can do. Post that i msgd him twice but now he is not replying as full amount of payment received by him
