Balaji's 7 days trip to Thailand

Yes we enjoyed the trip , there were still few downfalls 1. Elephant sanctuary we had asked for elephant care, the one we expected was the ‘pon Thailand sanctuary‘ where we can bath with the elephants in their natural habitat and take a dip in the waterfalls (we didn’t want to do elephant riding /oxen cart riding since we fry guilty riding on the elephants it was struggling ,so we were disappointed a bit . 2. dinner cruise we actually wanted to do a peaceful cruise with Thai cultural dance but the cruise was overflowing with so many Indians and the dinner was a mess , they treated us like a herd of goats . There was no Thai dance or continental buffet the cruise was chaotic 3. chiang mai - the temple we visited - they charged 1500baht with return, the journey was some 40 min +40 min up and down the hill. We felt it was very expensive maybe we should have booked a ‘bolt ‘car. 1500baht was too much. Ms.nai could have asked us to take bolt instead but she pushed us to make a decision quickly and take the van . 3. the safari world was too too crowded some 1500 people in all the shows couldn’t get a place to sit and the lunch was so bad , again in general no hospitality it was like a big mandap with dirty buffet. But this was not anybody’s mistake , it’s just the place in general which is bad. 4. ms Jane was a terrible coordinator .. 5. Bangkok in general very bad hospitality I think they hate Indians since the place was filled with crowded Indians. Baiyokesky first day breakfast was not that good. Coming to the The good parts : 1. Phuket was beautiful , the resort , activities etc were fab. Ms pum was a great coordinator . She helped us as much as she could getting good deals everywhere and making us chose the best activities shopping spa etc. 2. chiang mai we loved the resort it was a proper nature retreat , the food was good night bazaar etc was good . The guide to the elephant sanctuary and orchid gardens was good he guided us well but we didn’t fully like the itinerary for the day like I mentioned before. 3. Bangkok- the van safari was fantastic .. loved seeing the animals in very pleasant natural habitats.. the orangutan , dolphin shows were good. Shopping in Bangkok was also good.

Ankur's 8 days trip to Europe

"We just returned from our 8 days' trip to Paris and Rome and Team Wise Yatra provided all the required assistance throughout our planning process to ensure that we have a smooth trip. As this was our first trip to Europe, their VISA related assistance was very much appreciated. The team also checked in on us from time to time during our trip, especially on days when we had prior ticket bookings. Information related to cab transfers were also provided in a very timely manner. Couple of weeks before the commencement of our trip, the team conducted a meeting over call, answering any and all of our queries in details to the best of their abilities. Thank you guys at Team Wise Yatra for all your guidance! If you are planning a trip to Europe for the first time, I would recommend you choose Wise Yatra for a lovely experience."

"I had booked our first tour Switzerland through WiseYatra. I was travelling with my 14 year old daughter & I was bit sceptical. This was our first tour to any of the European countries. The team at WiseYatra was very helpful & supporting from the very first day. They helped us hotel booking, Swiss Travel Pass, Visa assistance and most importantly a very good travel itinerary which was not too exhausting considering it was just 6 days & 7 nights tour. We were able to cover almost all the important attractions which was their in our bucket list. Thanks to the entire team at WiseYatra for making our tour very memorable. "

Sounak's 6 days trip to Uttarakhand

The trip was enjoyable overall. Though we encountered some issues with the car and hotel arrangements, Mr. Sanu Kumar efficiently resolved them and ensured comfortable facilities. However, the travel itinerary could have been better planned to reduce long travel distances. Optimizing the route would improve the experience. Grateful for the support provided during the trip. The best memory of the trip was the seamless support and prompt assistance provided by Mr. Sanu Kumar during unexpected challenges. His dedication turned potential setbacks into smooth experiences, allowing us to enjoy the journey without major disruptions. That personal touch and care made the trip truly memorable.
