Piya from Amazing India Route was amazing in helping us plan our trip. She even gave a great costing and kept my preferences of hotel in mind. She was proactive enough to let us know about issues at Pangong lake, but thankfully nothing happened. She also was aware of sickness that can happen on trip and suggested a relaxed itinerary, even though the money could have been more had we taken another itinerary - but that would have been a disaster later. Will recommend Amazing India to all.

Complete team of Dourjey, Including Cook, helpers and Porter were awesome. - Camp stay - Amazing food :) In short complete chadar trek was memorable. An Adventure trip to cherish for life time :)

All arrangements were perfect. We got our itinerary customized as per our plans. The hotels were decent and the camps were excellent except for Sarchu. Trip was awesome... hotel and cab both are amazing.... driver specially is too gud.... and the service from the agent namely arya is specially great... she personally follow up and provide separate voucher and everything... the only disappointment is the agent pearl pallavi from travel triangle.... i believe as a relation manager for this trip she should speak once but this was not the case... i remember at the time of my first booking of Maldives the agent was in constant touch with me... however the external agent Amazing India Routes has compensated this specially the girl Arya from that company....

The first thing is the response of the travel agent ,they responded immediately for any query and the cab driver was so obedient and sincere. The best thing was the hotel and food ,the best hospitality I ever had.

Everything was well planned with ALS Destinations, we reached Bali on Neyappi day festival, when no transport or any movement is allowed, but ALS Destinations manager knew this and had already informed us about this, they also arranged hotel transport for us, so we faced absolutely no problem. The sightseeing was marvelous and the itinerary was well thought off. Only one issue, our pickup was not done on time on the Cruise day as the Cruise company had our wrong name. I called ALS, was hoping they would respond, am glad they did (even at wee hrs in India), and immediately sorted the issue. We had to take taxi, but the fare was paid by Cruise company and we had real great fun at Lembogan island. Strongly recommend to use their services. Very professional.

My family enjoyed ladakh tour. The arrangements were done right. Special mention to Mr. Shyam, our travel agent from AMAZING INDIA ROUTES, he was very cooperative and always available on call, even at night for any kind of emergency. The cabs could be little better. But overall everything was good.

This was my first experience with AMAZING TOUR INDIA TRAVELS and best experience with them. we really enjoyed the trip without any tension of Cab, Hotel and food. Great coordination, great services and on time delivery of everything. will definitely recommend you and work with you again.

When we went for tents at Pengong lake .we didn't find electric plugs there..to charge phones.to make use of heaters etc.but service there was good..
