Overall Experience was good but the only disappointment was about the first day when we landed in Koh Samui, they promised to pick up from the airport and drop in our hotel, but there was no one to pick us up and when we contacted them they asked us to wait for a while an
d after waiting for about one hour they asked us to take a taxi and they would refund the amount. The only concern is this and they did not plan our first day properly due to their internal team mistake of not receiving our itinerary. The other days were smoothly planned and were on time.
