Dheeru's 8 days trip to Sikkim - Gangtok - Darjeeling

Day 1- we all were excited for the trip but the problems started at first day, train was late for 5 hours than the taxi driver which sent by travel agency asked for 200 rs extra for parking than we told about that to traval agent for extra charges we paid to taxi driver then travel agent told that y
ou have to pay 500 more to taxi driver because indian railway delayed the train by 5 hours after huge discussion they refund 200 rs. Day 2- hotel rufina pinasa residency is the great hotel in Gangtok breakfast was excellent Every thing was gud in morning but as we started our trip after 30-40 min we saw the real face of driver we don't know what happened but suddenly driver turned the car in very angr one side their was mountain and one side there was river it was really very scary we were 6 adult and 3kids he didn't even think for a second before turning the car in that fast speed.. After we reached homestay lachung comfotel food was very very bad we discussed to travel agent before only for 3veg and 3non veg people choices but than also they didn't made any non veg item and items were also very bad we just tested only salt and spicy in veg dish no other flavours.. Day 3- breakfast was average but for dinner we ask them for non veg firstly they refused to make the chiken they told us that their is no chicken available in market but then we took permission form them to bring chicken and we provided them but then they completely burnt the dish we were not able to eat that so it was very bad experience in North Sikkim in terms of food. Day 4 - we had planned for nathula pass and other points but coz of weather we were not able to go there it was completely fine but they asked for 1500rs extra in advance to drop us to final destination zuluk because of route diversion zuluk homestay eco hut was very nice and food was also very good.. Day 5-zuluk - dargelling every thing was gud bt all 3 rooms provided in hotel was very small.. Day 6- dargelling - Siliguri every thing was gud and driver was very nice he explains every thing and show every point that was mentioned in tour plan.. Overall experience was not that nice that we have imagined before going in trip. We have to call travel agent almost daily for a complaint. But suman ji from bina travel is very nice and humble person she attended us every time and resolved the problems but problems comes daily and sometimes it's belond her capacity. We have booked this tour with travel traingle and we have called high authority of travel traingle to complain but till now they didn't have taken any action and never called back for follow up regarding trip

Ssklmw's 5 days trip to Goa

I'm Senthil Kumar, a 53-year-old who had always dreamed of visiting Goa. Despite numerous attempts, I never had the chance until last week when I got a one-week holiday. Although my family couldn't join me, I decided to embark on a solo trip. Initially, they were apprehensive about me traveling alon
e, but my daughter reached out to Goa Originals, and you made my dream a reality. From airport pickup to drop, your team took excellent care of me. Your timely calls and messages were incredibly reassuring. The constant communication between us gave me the confidence to enjoy my trip without any worries. Kudos to you and your team for the outstanding work! Thank you for making my trip so memorable. Best regards, Senthil Kumar"

Saurabh's 6 days trip to Singapore

We recently took a family trip to Singapore from CHILLSAFAR ( tushar and his co) and it turned out to be one of the most enjoyable and stress-free vacations we’ve had. The city is incredibly clean, safe, and well-organized, which made traveling with kids very comfortable. Public transport is exce
llent—easy to understand and very convenient for getting around without relying on taxis. There are plenty of family-friendly attractions. Universal Studios was a big hit with the kids, and places like the zoo, Night Safari, and Gardens by the Bay were equally impressive. Sentosa Island is perfect for a full day of fun and relaxation. Food was never an issue—there are endless options, including Indian restaurants and vegetarian choices. Hawker centres are great for trying different cuisines at reasonable prices. The only downside is that Singapore can be quite expensive, especially when it comes to hotels and attraction tickets. Also, the weather is hot and humid, so be prepared for that, especially if traveling with children. Overall, Singapore is a fantastic destination for families—safe, entertaining, and very easy to explore. Highly recommended, especially for a first international trip with kids.we will revisit in future with them

Dn's 6 days trip to Malaysia

We had booked the Langkawi, Malasyia package with Abroad vacations. The package booking process , follow up and on ground support was good. Hotels were good.Drivers were english speaking and were on time. There was a discrepancy between the initial package and vouchers shared which resulted in lot o
f follow ups. As a traveller main reason for a customized package was to have a trip as per our plan which was agreed by both parties. There was onground support provided, but following up multiple times was not a good experience which should definitely be improved. Vouchers should be shared atleast 2-3 days prior so that any discrepancy could be discussed and corrected before the travel and not have to follow up during the travel. There was effort put in by the team to solve the problems but having to do the follow up during the trip was an inconvience. Places visited , food were excellent.

Vivek's 7 days trip to Andaman

Anil and Razi is a perfect combination as Razi created a customized tour with multiple iterations with great patience. Anil executed it with the same passion. The only requirement from us was to be ready on time, because of timings of other things like cruise timings, etc. Our trip had last day to
Baratang, for which Anil guided well at each step. We started at 3:30 AM and then the complete experience became very easy and comfortable with ample time in limestone cave for photography. After just 10-15 min, the rush started coming in and later it was tough to even find place for photography. The only thing that was missed was Jolly Buoy island visit, but that was not operational so Anil and Razi couldn't do anything about it. My in-laws were very strict for pure vegetarian restaurant so we faced some issue for first 2 days as we couldn't find good pure veg restaurant in port blair for 2 days. Later we found Vedant pure veg restaurant which had very good taste. Overall, it was a great experience.
