We were promised two physical sims, we clearly told our phones don't have esim facility. , We got only 1 sim and it didn't work until we raised a complaint with Matrix. I had to purchase another SIM. Please don't promise anything that you cannot fulfill, this is my feedback to you. There is one specific person named Tarun who esp. was very rude and argumentative. He lacks the ability to listen to customers and solution, which is key to success in this service industry. On the other hand , Ayush was very professional and handled the conflict well

A special mention goes to our driver, Geeth, who was extremely supportive throughout the trip. He was punctual, polite, and very professional. Geeth guided us well at every location, shared helpful local insights, and ensured our safety and comfort at all times. His friendly nature and willingness to help made a big difference to our overall experience. Overall, this itinerary helped us explore Sri Lanka in the best possible way, and we are very satisfied with the arrangements and services provided. d transportation, I would give more than 5 stars. Mr. Dhara Singh was very nice and humble, always on time, drove very safely, and kept the vehicle super clean. He was extremely cooperative and provided useful information about tourist spots, things to do, and much more. I would love to travel again with him. Regarding the travel agent services, the tour was coordinated by Mr. Arslan. He did a great job and resolved all queries in a timely manner. There were no hiccups at all. Overall, I highly recommend TravelTriangle and Kingsland Holidays for future trips. Thank you to the entire team for such a lovely tour.
