Pre-trip support in terms of documentation could have been better since it required multiple follow ups. After having reached the destination no issues were faced and everything went very smooth. On Day 2 second half, the driver could not communicate well and he behaved rudely. Overall pleasant trip.

We had amazing experience in the trip. The travel agents were to the point and transparent. Rohit coordinated our travel plan, he was very helpful in customising our trip, hotels and experience bookings in advance. He helped me in deciding places of attraction. Asran ji took over as incharge once we landed in udaipur. He was very kind and prompt to us too. Our driver was good indeed, he was telling about the scams that happen in tourist places and warned us to stay away from them, however at one point in puskar we felt we succumbed to his scam when he assigned us to a guide who was his acquaintance and that guy took us to the priest who demanded us donations irrationally. I request the tourist companies to be aware of those things and keep a watch on their employees. But overall we are happy with our driver. He was punctual to the core and we never had to wait for him even it was in the beginning of the day or even when we went into a place to explore. He was always there. Thank you travel triangle for connecting us to such a wonderful travel agency and special thanks to Rohit for making this smooth and wonderful experience for us. Travelled to Thailand with Triptrail and it was a fantastic experience . Travelling and everything was very smooth. Maintained all promises. All arrangements at Thailand was just on time and very co operative.

All good. Booking time, when you say something on visiting places you need to show otherwise do not include, due to this customer will be dissatisfied. I faced this issue and hope in future do not you will fix this problem.

I booked my Dubai trip through House of Travellers, an agent of Travel Triangle, and unfortunately, the entire experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Nothing went as promised. The itinerary looked great on paper, but in reality, everything was poorly managed. The hotel was below standard, not even close to what was shown during booking. Transportation was always delayed, uncoordinated, and very uncomfortable. There was no proper communication from the agency once the payment was made — I had to keep chasing them for updates, and even then, I got vague or delayed responses. The local support in Dubai was almost nonexistent, and I felt completely left on my own without any reliable help. Activities were rushed, poorly organized, and lacked the professionalism I expected for the price I paid. Overall, this trip turned into a stressful experience rather than an enjoyable vacation. I would strongly advise others to avoid booking through House of Travellers or Travel Triangle — they are not trustworthy and do not deliver on what they promise.

Dear Megha, We had gone to Andaman from 2-12-2018 to 12-12-2018 through sky tours and travels. 1. We had wonderful trip without any major glitches 2. Logistics were nicely arranged 3. The co-ordinators their were very humble and cooperative. 4. Only two things I would like to suggest. It is not complain. Kindly take this as scope for improvement a. The hotels Kevin was better than Royal palace. Though less rooms, no restaurant but the rooms and service is very good at kevin b. We have asked for royal / delux category tickets for all cruise. But mostly all our tickets were of premium category. It was not bad but just take care in future for other clients. 5. Overall experience and service was very good.
