Hello, I booked my family trip for rameshwaram from bookitforgetit through travel triangle. Me Dhruv was our cordinator for the trip. He was very helpful and active regarding all bookings including flight. As we were travelling with kids, we wanted a smooth trip and he provided all. Special thanks to our guide and travel assistant Mr Muthu to provide so smooth and wonderful experience with different Mandir darshan and sightseeing. Overall very nice experience. From the first call to the final follow-up, Aryan was a delight to interact with – polite, patient, and always just a message away. His warm and cooperative nature made planning easy and smooth, especially when traveling with a large family.  Accommodation Hiccup – A Lesson in Mindfulness The property we stayed at was one we personally suggested – so no complaints there. But here’s the catch: we had clearly mentioned that one of our family members is specially abled and has difficulty walking. The hotel had no elevators, and the room was on the first floor, which made things tough. While we take ownership of the hotel choice, we wish the agency had raised a flag or offered better guidance. A little mindfulness would have made a big difference.  Cab Service – Smooth as the Hill Roads! Our travel experience on the road was nothing short of fantastic. The driver was incredibly kind, courteous, and made everyone – young and old – feel comfortable and safe. Kudos to him for adding warmth to our journey!  Final Verdict: 8/10 Despite the minor setback with the accommodation, the overall trip was a wonderful blend of nature, comfort, and good planning. With just a little more attention to detail (especially for accessibility needs), this could have been a perfect 10. Would we recommend them? ✅ Yes, definitely. Would we travel again with them? ✅ Most likely – with a checklist in hand! Not really happy with the way travel talkies handling the customer and agency, poor response after confirming the package. Mainly missing the coordination between client and agency.
