Kasina's 6 days trip to Tamil Nadu

Guruvayur hotel was good Kodaikanal hotel had no proper service food was late. Had hot water issuse. Coimbatore hotel was good but got booked with wrong beds for couple we got 2single beds travel agent didn’t do anything about that told us to ajust and wifi is so bad. Asked to many times about wifi
but no proper response from hotel. Car was good and driver was okay. Had too much volume for music that too only their regional music. Would leave us so far and say its due to parking issue. Mostly we paid for parking which says included in package. Lack of coordination b/w travel agent and cab agency. Driver was not aware of package and inclusives. Travel agent didnt guide us properly bcz palani temple was too crowded as we went on some auspicious day. And Kodaikanal was full of traffic as its weekend. As we are non local we wouldn’t know that. If we were informed about those we would have adjusted the dates likewise and would have had great overall experience. Got stuck in traffic for 8hrs nearly watched all places in traffic and for 6hrs mostly in temple even if we took highest ticket available. We had Avg. Experience I would rate 3 out of 5

Kochi to guruvayur

Ghoshalsubir's 4 days trip to Kerala

1. Broad bean Hotel at Cochin was noisy, stuffy room and sweaty restaurant with spicy food. Rest all good hotels. 2. The driver cum guide was less informative and was not ready even a kilometre of extra travel. He could have easily taken us to Cherai beach while on way to Munnar from Guruvayur which
he later informed. 3. The travel agent although was helpful but couldn't arrange the itirenanry properly because of which we couldn't see Cherai beach and missed Munnar national park. 4. When a person book cab for 5 days, he expects that the cab is available for 24 hours. When I had fever and requested the driver to get me a medicine from nearby chemist shop at 9 PM he refused saying all chemist shops are closed. Later I was told point blank that the vehicle will not travel more than 100Kms per day even an extra KM is chargeable.

s-4 Nights Pros - In current COVID-19 scenario, its safe to travel by your own private cab - Helps you to cover more places* ( *Note: Driver should be also on same page with you for this) - Able to halt at few places on route for capturing the scenic views of location - You always have a person who is familiar with routes, language and places - We even covered few tourist activities which we might have missed if we go without tours & travels Cons - The Driver is not so rigid, so we not able to cover places based on itinerary shared. - We had spent addition money for autos, bike rentals as we the driver is rigid to take us around the city and we want to explore more in available time. Overall Rating: Tours & travels: 3/5 Local partner (driver): 2.5/5 coverage based on itinerary: 3/5 Value for money: 3/5

Knarsimlu's 5 days trip to Kerala

Overall my experience to Kerala with family is a memorable. The customer service support is very good and prompt. The hotel at Munnar -White Myst is a resort on a hill lock with beautiful nature surrounding. However, the food and restaurant of the hotel is not good. The break fast included inthe
package is disappointing and dinner also we don't have any choice nor there is a restaurant near by. The maintenance of the hotel is not good like lighting, swimming pool etc. The hotel at Thekkady is average and not having restaurant but near by hotels are available. The cab driver was bit hasty but customer support took good care as required. We missed boating trip to Periyar laje.House boat experience in Aleppy was good but we felt we should have engaged house boat for day cruise and could have covered one more day at Thekkady or Munnar or a trip to Guruvayur temple. The food for vegitarian is not upto the satisfaction Munnar visit and cruise in house biat at Alleppey
