Raj's 6 days trip to Singapore

We chose Holiday Matrix to plan our family trip to Singapore and Malaysia. This decision was based primarily on the fruitful interaction I had with Mr Konark of Holiday Matrix. Mr Konark is knowledgeable, meticulous, articulate, and accommodative in his approach. He efficiently planned our itinerary for the 6-night, 7-day trip, provided the selected vouchers and contact numbers of the local counterparts in the two countries, and briefed us prior to the trip on key issues. I had read about notoriously small rooms of Singapore. We had thankfully booked a triple room in a hotel in the Lavender area which was good enough for two adults and two kids, thanks to Mr Konark's advice again. The hotel is a short distance away from Little India, but that was hardly an issue given the easy availability of taxis and public transport, what with a metro station right next to the hotel. The complimentary breakfast at the hotel was good, though there is no Indian food on the menu. The local tour operator was prompt and efficient, though we always feel that more time is required at some places. Kids loved the various offerings at Sentosa and Universal Studio, particularly the SEA aquarium, and the Shrek movie, Madagascar, and Jurassic Park among others. If you plans to shop in Little India, plan your visits to the carefully so as to not clash with your city tours. The Malaysian leg of the tour was equally enjoyable. Though the airport is pretty far from where we stayed, the hotel in the Jalan Masjid area suited us, as there are a couple of India restaurants just outside the hotel, such as Adyar Anand Bhavan for vegetarian fare and the spicy, Chettinaad outlet, Anjappar, next to it. The restaurant on the top floor where the complimentary breakfast is served, served a couple of Indian dishes too. There is a good supermarket too in the same building, which makes it very convenient to pick up chocolates and other goodies for folks back home. We were happy to be around on Saturday there as a local fair was organized on the street outside the hotel, with shops selling garments to succulent kababs. It was a veritable feast. Kids loved the water park at Sunway Lagoon. The theme park is a good outing for the whole family. The trip to Genting Highlands takes you first to the magnificent Batu cave. The stupendous statue of Lord Murugan is a must-see along with the temple that can be a reached after climbing a steep flight of 272 steps! The highlight of Genting Highlands was the two-way sky ride that offers panoramic view of the surrounding hills. You can even disembark midway to visit a lovely Chinese temple. By and the large, we had a nice time, marred only by a minor incident of lack of co-ordination among the drivers of the local agent during our trip to Genting Highlands. I definitely thank Mr Konark for enabling us to have such a memorable vacation and would like to recommend his services to anyone who wishes to book a tour to these two countries.

Akash's 6 days trip to Singapore

I had a tour to Singapore with my wife as our honeymoon. I am extremely happy and satisfied with the trip itinerary and assistance provided by Mr. Sukhvinder Saggu of Travel Bhai. Right from the beginning of Visa approval process, he made sure that we did not run into any sort of difficulties. Ours was a 2 step visa process of myself and my wife from Delhi and Mumbai, but, thanks to the meticulous planning by Mr Sukhvinder, the process was completed without any hassle.I was approached by various traveling agents but the best service was provided by Mr Sukhwinder Saggu of travelbhai trip planners .Since I hadn’t gone aborad even once earlier, I was apprehensive of the rules and code of conduct to be observed. But, his 24*7 availability and answering to all the queries in an instant on phone or Whatsapp helped us plan our trip efficiently. We were provided with the best hotel, the best package as per our requirement at a reasonable rate. Mr. Sukhinder Saggu was very helpful in resolving our queries very calmly and methodically. He gave us a quick overview of all the details regarding our trip a day before our flight. Our trip included Night Safari, Garden by Bay, Marina Bay Sands,Sentosa Island, Universal Studio. It was the most memorable and once in a lifetime experience . The Night safari was fantastic with live display of all the creatures and a message to conserve our nature. Sentosa island literally took our breath away. It had so many attractions that the entire day proved to be insufficient. Right from the cable ride over Singapore trees and buildings, to the giant Merlion Statue, to the soothing walk along the beaches and the scintillating display of fireworks at the Wings of Time show, the island is a dream destination to all the romantic as well as adventure buffs out there. Next day, Universal Studios provided a mesmerising display of artistic grandeur with the generous hospitality of Singaporeans, most amazing street shows and out of the world rides on different roller coasters. We explored Madagascar , Lost World, Jurassic Park, Ancient Egypt, Sci-Fi City and the breath-taking display of Steven Spielberg’s film studio. Sukhvinder Saggu ji provided us with the feedback about all the rides and helped us enjoy to the maximum. The trip to MBS and Garden by the Bay was the highlight of the trip. The exotic and serene beauty of the nature took our fatigue away. We enjoyed a lot wandering in the gardens from around the world and took loads of pictures at Flower Dome and Cloud Forest. Panoramic view from the MBS was fabulous. Throughout our trip, Mr Sukhvinder Saggu of Travel Bhai was in touch with us. He suggested us places to visit and Indian restaurants for having proper meals. His knowledge of Singapore and its cuisines is extraordinary. We would love to go on another trip only with Mr Sukhvinder Saggu. Kudos to the entire team of Travel Bhai Trip Planners !!!!

Utpal's 5 days trip to Mauritius

We took 4 nights and 5 days package and over all the trip was good but I didn't liked the way the whole trip was planned. After we reached Mauritius, same day we were informed that there is a Cyclone threat in Madagascar and effects will impact Mauritius, so few of the site seeing may be canceled. Because of this our Ile aux cerfs trip was canceled which could have been planned on the very first day when there was no cyclone impact, But they kept that on the last day and got canceled. Ile aux cerfs is one of the main spot in Mauritius with all the water activities and clear water lagoons. We were very sad that we didn't visited there. :(
