Hello, I just wanted to share my fantastic experience with Tour Hunters. The executives are truly professionals who handle customers with great politeness and care. They made us feel like family, guiding us every step of the way throughout our trip. One aspect I especially want to highlight is that they created a Whatsapp group and included their entire team, which was a game-changer. Anytime I had doubts or needed assistance, I could reach out, and they responded like friends—helping with any queries promptly and making sure we were comfortable at all times. The hotels they arranged were excellent, and the drivers were extremely polite and warm-hearted—truly like brothers to us. Their support and kindness made our trip even more memorable. I wholeheartedly recommend Tour Hunters to all my friends and family. When you plan your trip with them, you don’t have to worry about anything. They take care of everything with utmost professionalism.

We recently booked an Andaman trip through TravelTriangle, hosted by Andaman Great Holidays, for a mother and son duo, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Everything was well taken care of — from the clean, comfortable rooms to the seamless transfers and activity planning across different islands. A special mention goes to Mr. Surjit, the Logistics Manager, who truly made a difference. He was highly accommodating, even with our last-minute requests, and ensured we got the best deals on activities. His planning was spot on — very thorough with timelines, which helped us stay relaxed yet never miss out. What stood out the most was Mr. Surjit’s honest and insightful feedback on each activity. He guided us on what’s worth doing and what could be skipped if it felt repetitive, which helped us make the most of our limited time and energy. Overall, a smooth, thoughtful, and safe experience — especially important when traveling with family. Our Bali trip for 7 days was a comfortable trip with Tour Hunters .It was a lot of fun- the driver was very good and sites choses were right on spot. The only thing of caution- plz book your own flight so you know what airlines you book and no surprises... Vietjet was awful in terms of service for sure!! i had to struggle with checkin and seat booking and i was not told about airlines till it was booked. Also i wish we did Ubud first and then kuta as returning from ubud to airport was a long trip and we hardly got any time left to go to lounge , eat and do any last minute shopping at the airport. it was such a touch and go from ubud to airport. Someone needed to have thought through this better!! Good points were- Ubud stay , currency support given , hotel booked .

The overall experience was just about okay — not terrible, but definitely not what was promised or expected. While the itinerary was planned in advance, the car provided was far from luxury, despite prior assurance, and felt more like a basic taxi. The driver was polite but mostly functioning as a pick-and-drop resource, without any flexibility if we had to go somewhere else. Although he was very polite and very punctual. One of the most disappointing moments came on our last day, when we were headed to the airport for our return flight and the assigned cab had a flat tire. We had to urgently book another cab on our own to avoid missing our flight — something that should never happen with a managed tour. We were also told we would be added to a WhatsApp group before the trip for coordination, but no such group was ever created. On the day we visited Nusa Penida, we waited over an hour at the port without being able to reach any agent — in India, in Bali, or the driver. That part of the experience felt very poorly managed and left us feeling stranded. In summary, it was a 3-star experience — some things worked as per plan, but the service lacked warmth, flexibility, and responsiveness. With a few improvements in communication, car quality, and on-ground support, the experience could be significantly better.

Our June vacation to Phuket was thought, planned and executed in less than a week and Navigatio team played a vital role in formalising it. I have been to other international destinations for family vacation and have always planned and booked itineraries on my own but this was the first time I relied on a travel agency. I must say that I was extremely satisfied with the good support and flawless execution, with well coordinated day trips, transportations, providing me-time, safety, adventure and fun without any stress. Their local app was icing on-the-cake, which had live chat support, and not to forget that Mr Tarun, Ms Parul alongwith Ms Nikita were always available for support. Our out-of-itinerary requests too were well factored in and improvised to our satisfaction. Thank you Navigatio team for making this a wonderful, flawless and most importantly fun family trip without any stress!! Wonderful Thailand Trip! My parents had an amazing week in Bangkok and Pattaya, all thanks to our travel agent Navigatio’s excellent planning! Everything—from hotel bookings and transfers to sightseeing and local tips—was perfectly arranged. The itinerary was well-balanced, and we especially enjoyed the Coral Island tour and temple visits. The service was smooth, responsive, and stress-free throughout. Special mention to Sunny Singh ( Thailand ) , Tarun and Srinikita for the coordination and regular check . Highly recommended for anyone planning a Thailand getaway!

The experience has been positive. However, I recommend a revised itinerary to ensure all planned locations are visited. Time constraints necessitated the omission of three locations. Best part is Bali swing, Handara Gate and Bird's park.
