All was managed well. However some of the activities needs to be discussed in detail, like the swing covered in package is main swing and not of a lesser quality. Exactly where snorkeling will be done , on which beach, what gears will be provided as later the local agent don't support if there is any discrepancy and just reject to have any discussion . If there are different category of packages for sightseeing or activities are provided it needs to be exclusively mentioned to avoid confusion . Nusa penida was a disaster as the local agent were pathetic and were not ready to support on anything and even what was mentioned in our finalized itinerary they did not cover and asked us only to contact Indian agent and there were no signal on the island to communicate and they did not even bother to get the alignment done. As this was our honeymoon trip and hence expectations were too high. I have rated 5 stars cos *1 - Understanding the customers need in detail *2 - Analysing what suits the need *3 - Giving us the best options *4 - Planned it so well that we didnt need to call them once also to check whats happening *5 - On time delivery by everyone. There was no delay in anything. Every step was cautiously planned. We didnt have to question what is next what is not. There was no interference by the travel agent for anything. Our itinerary was custom made. Very balanced plan with enough personal space and sightseeing etc. The driver Naoman was gr8 very polite humble and cooperative. Special mention abt ALS Destinations Manpreet, Harpreet for making our honeymoon very very special. We love you guys.. We have had plenty of special moments. To mention when we went to Mara River Safari Lodge we were upgraded to a suite from deluxe room as a present for our marriage. Once we enter the room the whole room is elegantly decorated with a cake saying "Happie Honeymoon". Despite the tiring travel thr was a big smile on our face. We had a bit of bank issue at the end of our trip. ALS destinations were constantly in touch with me and tried their best to help us get out of it even though it had nothing to do with them. Our Pvt pool villa at Alam Puisi was the icing on the cake and the best way to end the trip. Every sec is worth sharing.

What a trip this was! I'm so glad we chose Plan Your Destination on Travel Triangle. We were a group of 5 and we all had an amazing time. Kenya is a beautiful place and to enjoy that beauty you need people who know the place and also know your requirements. Mr.Sandeep did a wonderful job of communicating everything to us beforehand and taking care of our requirements. Our tour guide Antony was also so much fun to be with throughout our trip. He was fantastic at finding the animals and taking us to them. We saw a faceoff between cheetahs and hyneas and a lion hunt in Masai Mara. The places we stayed also were very good except for one place in Masai which was a bit far from the game drive but otherwise everything was so perfect. Naivasha hands down is the best part of the whole trip. It was for me like a paradise on Earth with all the animals in one place and we walking among them like it's our home too. For the whole time I was there I felt like I was in a magical land which it is actually! A trip to Kenya without Naivasha is definitely incomplete.

Very well organized trip with good focus on customer. Excellent guide. Very polite and gave us a tremendous experience at the safari. Great driving skills and precautions taken at every step. Only problem was on return when the car broke down and we missed our elephant orphanage trip. Could have arranged an alternate vehicle quickly. Overall a very good experience. Safari at Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru.

Thank you Travel triangle and Shoes On Loose, for make our trip to Singapore and Bali a truly memorable one. The planning and execution was just right. One of the main things that improved the trip was that the drivers/ guides were locals, thereby letting us get the real feel of the places we visited. Travel Triangle / Shoes on loose were very flexible with us in the planning as per what we wanted and not like usual travel advisors which have a fixed itinerary for the guests. The suggestions provided to us during this planning stage were also practical and useful. I would definitely consider Travel triangle / shoes on loose for our next trip. STAY: Rating 4/5 Grand Ixora was bit small room but the locality was very good for the Indian tourists..overall was ok ok....but the other two stay Mara river and Light Exclusive stay was very good and clean....liked the stay PLANNING: Rating 1/5 There were lot of delay and in booking the hotels due to which 2 out of 3 stays were not available at the last minute booking, we had to change the one of the stay and since the stay was not available and for one more stay we need to change the itinerary and resulted in unnecessary travel as we need checkin to the same hotel twice. Inspite of this after going there to reduce the travel time we had asked to change the place to visit (same destination but on different day as the places were on the way) but they didn't cooperation as they said plan cannot be changed at end moment even though the local travel agency was ready to change. I felt this was because of lack of communication and without even check with travel agency they simply said it's not possible. Place choosen for water sports was Benoa beach which was not that great, water was not clear for scuba diving. The water sports agency was very unorganized and they simply try to loot money for all extra activity like photography and some additional add on such as upgrading parasaling to adventure parasaling. The booked activity under package was normal parasaling but at on the ground they stay claim that is not safe and need to go for adventure parasaling which is upgraded one for safety for which again I need to pay extra. Overall place and the agency choose was not that great and agency was very unethical I strongly don't suggest this for water sports. Mara river stay and safari was the best thing but unfortunately very less time was planned there due to which we couldn't cover all activities there. Checkin to the Mara river lodge was at 2pm to 12pm, by the time we check in to hotel with all formalities it was 3pm but the all activities at safari closes at 5pm so we hardly had 2hrs of time to cover the activities which was very less and free shows will be scheduled at particular times which will be before 4pm most of them...and on the next day safari open at 10am but it was planned to check out the hotel at 9 am in the morning....so we couldn't spend time in safari on the next day as well so all together we had only 2-3hrs of time to attend the free shows and activities covered under the lodge stay...logde stay will cover all the activities and entry to safari free of cost bit the stay at lodge was good . Due to bad planning and lack of knowledge of ground team on safari activities we couldnot cover some of the free shows and the activities in the safari coverd under stay. I was check with the on ground team on the activities timeline but there were not aware of that. I would say this would have been planned better if they did some research before . CAB SERVICE: Rating 5/5 Cab service was great...driver was very cooperative and polite. Overall they properties were we stayed and cab service we're good. Planning was not that great I believe this is all because of last minute booking and changes in the itinerary. This would have been planned better if the booking we're done before and planned ahead. I had chase the agent almost every day to book the hotels and to get the update, before booking I wluse to get the calls everyday....once the booking was done there was lot of ignorance and I need to chase for the update which was ridiculous, apart from that agent was very patient and cooperative during setting up itinerary. At the end of the day this would have been planned better reason being the delay in booking hotels and ignoranc. Stay at Mara River lodge and pool Villa was nice.

The trip was overall exciting and great.it was a good season and weather to travel...the safari in Masai Mara was excellent... very well planned and fun. Lake Nakuru was disappointing as my advice is that it can be easily skipped. Ambosili was just ok. The travel time and roads suck. The driver had no clue of the time taken from one destination to the other. ....it takes 8 hours from one to the other because of the condition of the roads . We had specifically asked for a safari van with AC....a van was given in which the AC WAS NOT WORKING. The driver to our surprise decided to take his family along in the van....our privacy went out of the window. There was poor coordination between the Indian agent and the Kenyan counterpart. The trip was booked through travel triangle but they conveniently put us on to the agent and disowned us after collecting the money. Service tax was added at the last moment and was not part of the quote.

I had no recommendation from anyone about Travel Triangle. I was very happy with your response and the quote and that made me give it a try. I am very pleased that I opted for Travel Triangle and certainly enjoyed the tour and holiday. Visit to Knysna and also Masai Mara especially the tented camp. New experience - but enjoyed every bit of it.
