The experience has been positive. However, I recommend a revised itinerary to ensure all planned locations are visited. Time constraints necessitated the omission of three locations. Best part is Bali swing, Handara Gate and Bird's park.

We had an overall amazing experience with our tour – truly a memorable journey for our family! Everything was well-organized and smooth. The desert safari was a highlight – we absolutely enjoyed it, especially the delicious food, the entertainment shows, and the overall ambiance. The cruise on the first day was also wonderful, with great food and a lovely show to kick things off. Our visit to the parks in Abu Dhabi was another major highlight. Warner Bros. World was absolutely the best – not just for our son but for us adults too! The rides, shows, and themed zones were fantastic. SeaWorld was a delight for our little one — he loved every bit of it, and it was very child-friendly and interactive. The view from Dubai Frame was breathtaking, and we really enjoyed spending time there as well. The Dubai city tour was enjoyable, thanks to the polite and knowledgeable drivers who made us feel comfortable throughout. The vehicles provided were excellent, and most of the drivers went above and beyond, often giving us shopping tips and helping us avoid tourist traps — which really helped us save some dirhams! There was just one hiccup with the driver during our Dubai Frame visit. Despite having a private vehicle booked, we weren’t dropped off as per our request and had to wait in the harsh sun until the driver arrived at the designated parking spot. That day aside, all other drivers and guides felt like part of our own family. One suggestion for improvement: If the Burj Khalifa show could be arranged in the morning, the view would’ve been much better. We missed the iconic view due to the timing. Also, the hotel rooms were underwhelming for a 5-star property – loose pins, outdated TV sets, and slow service with unresponsive reception calls were disappointing. However, the staff was polite and helpful. All in all, the trip was very well planned and executed by Rayna Tours & Travel Vichar. Despite a few minor setbacks, we never felt like we were in a foreign country — the team made us feel right at home. After all, a few bumps make the journey memorable, don’t they? Had a memorable trip of Sikkim (Gangtok, Pelling, Lachen, Lachung). Mr. Prashant Singh organized the trip nicely. On the day of arrival, we reached Siliguri quite late than ETA so it was not possible to reach Gangtok. But, Mr Prashant managed to provide temporary hotel in Siliguri instead. That was good. Lachen and Lachung trips were excellent, driver was also very nice. Gangtok trip was also very good. Had some up-downs for Peilling trip, as hotel voucher was not working and had to switch hotel for 2nd day. Driver was not paying for parking despite inclusion of parking fees. Though it was refunded later by travel agent. One point of improvement would be, they out source the traveling and sometimes drivers are on 3rd or 4th sub-contract so, issues like timing, parking fees etc. arises, if this could be taken care then it would be good. The highlight of Assam was cruising on the mighty Brahmaputra River and exploring the rich biodiversity of Kaziranga National Park, where I spotted majestic rhinos and vibrant birdlife. In Meghalaya, the serene landscapes of Shillong, the mesmerizing beauty of Dawki's crystal-clear waters, and the charm of Mawlynnong, Asia's cleanest village, left me in awe.

I would Strongly Recommend "Unexplored Trip" for other travelers who are planning to visit "Sikkim/Gangtok/Darjeeling (East Sikkim) Overall,it’s a Wonderful Memorable Family Trip to East India enjoyed along with Family. Review of Gangtok Sightseeing/Darjeeling Sightseeing &Hotels: - 1.Hotel: -Summit Ttakshang Residency Hotel & Spa, Gangtok-I would like to give 5*s for the Service & Hospitality. It’s very close to MG Marg.Also for seving delicious buffet breakfast & polite behavior of hotel staff. We explored various food options at MG Marg (Different types of Momos-Veg Momos/Chicken Momos/Thukpa/Thaipo/Jhol Momos/Peri Peri Momos/Fried Momos) & did shopping at Lal Bazaar. (Bought Winter Jackets& other items at very cheap rate). If you are interested to enjoy night life do visit After Dark Discotheque. 1.Gangtok Sightseeing: -Ontime Pick up & Drop by Mr. Satish. Places to Visit:- --Ganesh Tok—Lord Ganesh Temple. --Hanuman Tok—Lord Hanuman Temple --Gonjang Monastery --Bakthankg Waterfall --Tashi View Point—Sunset View Point --Nathula Pass—India China Border. (Must Visit) --Baba Harbhajan Singh Temple(Must Visit) --Changu Lake.(Must Visit):-Enjoyed Ropeway ride 2.Hotel: -Hotel Himalayan Retreat, Darjeeling-I would like to give 3*s for Service& Hospitality. Its very close to Mall Road.Morning Breakfast options are limited.You only get Puri Bhaji/Poha/1 egg/1 Banana/Tea/Coffee/Juice.Same breakfast everyday.They charged extra 500INR per Night for Heater for bad quality-Ideally it should have been covered in room charges.Would suggest go for another hotel. We visited Glenary's— Bakery, Restaurant& Pub, and explored various food options @Mall Road. 2.Darjeeling Sightseeing: -Ontime Pick up & Drop by Mr.Ashal & Mr.Jugal. Enjoyed Darjeeling Joy Ride. Places to Visit: - --Tiger Hill-Unfortunately couldn't visit due to bad weather. --Peace Pagoda (Japanese Temple) --Tenzing Rock HMI --Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park --Batasia Loop --Ghoom Monastery --K SANG-NGAG CHOLING MONASTERY --Pine Tree Forest --Simana View point --Pashupati Temple & Market (India-Nepal Border)-Visited Temple & did shopping at Pashupati market. --Gopal Dhara Tea Estate-Bought variety to Tea Packets. --Mirik Lake:-Horse Riding/Boating. Hi, Want to share my experience on the Trip from Guwahati to Meghalaya organised by you. I had a beautiful and mesmerising experience with the North east Trip. Our travel agent Mr. Shashank was very much responsive and helpful throughout the trip. His daily updates boost our confidence to make big changes in our itinerary at the very last moment. Through his help it became possible and we experienced Kaziranga National Safari too. It was our first trip after marriage and we enjoyed every bit of it. We had an okay experience with our travel partner Unexplored Trip during our Sikkim-Darjeeling tour. However, we’re giving a 3-star rating due to the following reasons: The itinerary was planned entirely by the travel partner, but it missed two major attractions: Char Dham Temple and Buddha Park. These are famous spots and could have been easily added with just a small 2-hour detour on the way from Gangtok to Pelling. That day had no other sightseeing planned, just travel and rest at the hotel. We ended up paying ₹2000 extra to the cab driver to visit these places ourselves. As tourists unfamiliar with the area, we didn’t even know about these spots until we were already there — and it was too late to change plans since we had already paid in full. A local travel expert like them should have included these in the original itinerary. We had different cab drivers for each location, and the travel partner didn’t share their details in advance. We had to call the cab provider every day to ask who would pick us up the next day. This should have been handled by the travel partner. Hotel confirmation vouchers were not shared with us in advance either. We had to call and follow up multiple times to get them. This made the trip more stressful than it needed to be — which defeats the purpose of booking through a travel partner. On a positive note, the booking platform Travel Triangle was very helpful and quick in assisting us whenever we faced issues with Unexplored Trip.

From the day we have landed in Bangkok and reached to pattaya hotel, hotel did not allow us for early check in as our flight was early in the morning and we reached hotel early so hotel asked us to pay more if we want to do early check in . Our travel agent didn't inform us about this neither he managed in advance though he has already booking details with him. Hotel in Pattaya and Krabi has lots of cockroaches inside the room. Room was tiny too. (Glow hotel) Hotel in Phuket doesn't provide proper toiletries in room. Without informing us they clean our room using different keys when we went for tour. Which is not the right way to do so. Driver in Bangkok for safari park drove the car with 140+ /km speed. He almost hit one car in signal. Also when after marine park when he drive the car for safari park he didn't stop near Jiraaf feeding point. He just rush us to the home. On day two local travel agent from our group argue us on time and heated with bad words. Overall after paying so much we did not receive that good amount of service.

The packages offered are better than the other websites and apps and a user have multiple quotations to choose the right and even customise. Overall, this was my second trip and i am quite happy from them. Few suggestions: Improve your app as its lags too much and often logouts while switching tabs within and as a user for now we have to switch to mobile website instead of app which works fine. The plan shared should have better explanations and also the sales team needs to be more trained. For example: i took a trip to mountains and a national park. They mentioned the cab is without AC which i assumed AC will not be required. But it is as you can only feel the air for some time but when there is dust on road you should have options to close the window. I should have taken a better option in it but the point is when i am booking all 5 star hotels why cant i pay 10k more for a better cab which was never suggsted and as a travel aggrigator or agency you should be able to suggest the customer for it.

We had good ex0erience with Wise hatra starting from visa assistance till the end. Thanks a lot . *Greetings from Nandini Aravind...* Thank you for assisting us with the Austria trip starting from the visa application. *Day 1*: As soon as we reached Vienna , we got freshened up and went on to visit a few places like St. Peter's cathedral and nearby places like Albertina platz . We could attend a violin concert at the cathedral on the same day from 8.30 pm. *Day 2* : As mentioned in the iternary, we went to Schonbrunn Palace and enjoyed the tour. Later, we took a combo ticket and visited Zoo, Desert palace , and botanical garden within 5pm. Zoo should be one of the must visit places as it includes penguins, pandas, koala, polar bears, and more. We did a hike at Schonbrunn, which had an amazing view. The same day, we went to Giant ferris Wheel at the amusement park and wandered around. Personally, I didn't like the ferries wheel much. *Day 3*: We booked train tickets to Melk near Danube Valley. We went on cruise till Krems and returned at around 5 pm to Vienna. We visited the rest of the places near Belvedre, Sisi Museum, etc. *Day 4*: We came to Salsburg by 4 pm and went directly to the St.peter church area. Visited all the nearby platz ,Mirabell platz. *Day 5* : We started to Hallstatt at 8.45 am bus ( had soothing views during the journey) . Reached Bad isch and then took the train to Hallstatt, ferry to lake side. We visited Beanhaus, charnel house, and cathedral. Paying for the bone house was not worth it. Then we went to Skywalk via cable car. Paid around 48 euro per person for Skywalker saltmine. Saltmine tour was really good and interesting . The tour itself was for 1.5 hours. We spent around 4 hours in Hallstatt Hills . By 4.30 pm , we came down and started back . Reached Salsburg at around 6 pm. Just roamed around and bought some gifts for loved ones. Through the journey , we used Google maps to catch the bus, train, and trams and to find washrooms (WC). Best western at Salsburg had very limited options in breakfast compared to the other two places .
