Cons 1. adventure mania promised they will be able to do our kedarnath heli ticket from irctc portal but they were not able to do that which caused extra cost per person for our heli tickets when we tried to get directly from counter 2. hotels at some places like guptkashi and uttarkashi were not that good and also didnt have proper parking for the cab . 3. they booked wrong hotel for hemkund sahib and even afte rtelling them in advance they didnt changed it before . 4. Darshan from travel triangle is also very bad. he didnt enquired anything before and during the trip about he trip is going on and when asked for help he simply told i cant do. he should be more professional and polite.

though compared to Terra Paraiso, we found Terra Paraiso better. The cab service and driver were very good. The driver was polite, cooperative, and punctual, which made our sightseeing and transfers smooth and comfortable. The travel agent’s service was also very good. What we appreciated the most was that he regularly called and checked with us to make sure everything was going well. He kept us updated throughout the trip and was always available to ask whether the hotel, cab, sightseeing, and other arrangements were fine. This regular communication made us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout the trip. Overall, we had a very pleasant and memorable Goa trip. The arrangements were good, the service was reliable, and we really appreciated the effort put into making our trip comfortable. There is a little scope for making communication and updates even clearer, but overall we are very satisfied with the service and would be happy to recommend it to others. Some of the most memorable moments of our Goa trip were the cruise ship experience included in the package, Snow Park, Baga Beach, and the vibrant atmosphere of Tito’s Lane. The cruise ship experience was definitely one of the highlights of our trip and something we will remember for a long time. Spending time at Baga Beach, enjoying Snow Park, and experiencing the lively vibe of Tito’s Lane made the trip even more special.

Driver stressed us to go places that he thought were worth going too even when they were out of the way. 5. The first driver took parking money from us whereas the second driver never asked for it. So was it on us or no? 6. The driver took us to the beach where we could only spend 20 mins knowing the fact we only had half a day. If we would have known kovalam beach was next to our hotel and we would have loved to have a dip there instead of preferring a boat ride AGAIN. CULTURAL ACTIVITIES 1. We were asked by the driver to see kathakali at twice saying its one of the best. 2. We were repeatedly asked to do safari whereas, we could have considered some other thought over options. 3. The house boat was platinum but smelled of petrol the whole time we were in the room, which even had an AC. Also, we understand Kerala tourism is taken seriously by the state govt but really didn't feel like we had a say in what we wanted to do or how we felt. And It really matters how your driver describes the place and curates the trip for you and your compatibility with him. But overall I really think if we would have had another person with a different attitude, we would have remembered more happy stuff than just this.

We were not taken to shooting point as the driver told it is not in his jurisdiction,but it was mentioned in itinerary. Even on the 1st day of travel to Munnar, there was hardly one sight seeing stop . Hotel stays were good, but Munnar sight seeing trip was not at all good as lots of things were not covered as per itinerary. Regarding house boat stay with Dream makers, I guess the boat stopped for the evening too early, around 5 pm itself they stopped whereas several other boats were still moving.I knew they were supposed to stop by earliest by 5.30 pm,but they stopped quite early.

h the Driver who accommodated for entire trip. The driver didn’t gave much information on which place we are going based on the itinerary. Day 1: Cochin to Munnar was smooth journey. Day2: Munnar day trip – Driver didn’t take us to Ernakulam National Park as he suggested it would be too crowded, Kundale Lake he conveyed to us that we cannot go there in his car, and we need to take local Jeep service who charged very high . Day3: Munnar-Thekkady-We missed Spice plantation visit. Day4: Thekkady-Alleppey- Driver didn’t gave any information on local places except Houseboat. Day5: Alleppey to Kovalam The stay provided in kovalam is not upto the mark it looks like a very old building and they didnt even provided a kettle in the room. They only provided basic things line towels and some sanitary things. The driver didn’t have any information on local places and when we asked him to take us to a local restaurant for dinner, he refused it as its post 7PM. Day6: Trip to Kanyakumari This day is what we planned personally so he just dropped us at Kanyakumari temple and picked after we finished dharshanam. Day7: Trivandrum City tour The driver dropped us at temple for dharshanam and after dharshanm he suggested us to visit Zoo and dropped us there and picked us around 3.30Pm and we have asked him to suggested some other places to visit locally but he is not ready to take us anywhere and he insisted us to reach airport after the zoo visit as he has some other booking by 4.30 and he dropped us airport by 4PM as it’s a week trip we have heavy luggage we didn’t have any option to go anywhere locally. Overall, the Driver is not so communicative about the places and most importantly he is not communicating in English . Car seat doesn't support any pushback and it's not very comfortable for the people who sits in front seat and driver will not increase the ac even if it's too hot. The resort provided in Alleppey is highlite of the trip and Tekkedey elephant ride, kathakali and Kalari shows are must visit. House boat is good experience . Munnar rides are awesome the rose garden we visited in munnar gave a Beautiful eye feast though its a hot summer .

When a person book cab for 5 days, he expects that the cab is available for 24 hours. When I had fever and requested the driver to get me a medicine from nearby chemist shop at 9 PM he refused saying all chemist shops are closed. Later I was told point blank that the vehicle will not travel more than 100Kms per day even an extra KM is chargeable.

Visit to Eravikulam National park at Munnar Elephant ride & Kalaripayattu at Thekkady Houseboat experience was best at Alleppey Kanyakumari & Padmanabhan Swami temple visit was the best part of the trip .

as everyone else, went to the same tea museum and national park as everyone else and were scheduled to go to the same dam as everyone else (we opted out). There is no asking you what you want to do or getting to know your preferences; you are treated as just another uneducated tourist to fleece. Our driver was courteous but initially used his phone a lot while driving (videos, talking and texting) but stopped after I asked him to. Our private Alleppey houseboat was clean and beautiful but the cruising part itself was disappointing. We were only underway for a total of 3 hours out of our 20+ hours on board, meaning we were docked for 15 hours, tied up to shore. You get dropped off at the boat, cruise for 30 minutes to a small shop downriver, get the hard sell on some prawns (2000 rupees a kilo), cruise for 30 more minutes, tie up at shore, eat lunch (very tasty), crew naps, after 1.5 hours stopped, you start to cruise onto the main body of the lake, cruise for 2 hours in what is ultimately a loop and return to the exact place you boarded the boat. You tie up and sit there until 9 am the next morning, despite our itinerary clearly saying we were to cruise from 8-9 am. The boat is cool but, again, you feel like you’re getting cheated out of the 5 hours of cruising you are promised. Also, when you see 50 other boats right next to you doing the exact same thing, it takes away from the experience. Being docked on shore for the vast majority of the trip, you wonder what’s the point of getting a houseboat? Hotels in the area are much cheaper and with a day cruise, you would get to see the same things we saw. The company rep did not often respond to my messages during the trip, instead choosing to ignore rather than help solve issues. Overall, Travel unbounded isn’t bad but they aren’t great either; you leave with a lackluster vacation experience.
