Dear Trip Triangle, Greetings for the day! I have planned all my past trips on my own. This time due to other priorities I chose Trip triangle based on a friend's reference to get a proper and hustle free itinerary, best negotiated hotel prices, language friendly driver and a lot of memories throughout the trip. I would like to give my experience and feedback: Hotels were suggested by us, there was no price negotiation done from 7C's Destination. I was getting the same hotel tariff as the agents. The agent does not suggest the hotels as per our suggestion and our needs, they lack a list of hotels. The itinerary is so vaguely mentioned and the driver is unaware about all the sightseeing places we want to visit daily. Driver appointed to us acted sweet , humble but was cunning , always confused and always trying to fool us. Day 1: He did not take us to sight seeing as we reached late. 2 waterfalls mentioned on the itenary were not visited, the reason being no water, dark etc. Accepted all the reasons given by him. Day 2: He would not take us for sightseeing, instead take us to spice garden Ayur valley and force us to buy from there as we will not get good quality spices anywhere else. He dropped us at the hotel and when we asked about the sightseeing, he couldn't take us as the itinerary was not shared with him.I had to call the 7C's Destination agent Mr. Renjit to talk to him. Eravikulam National park was closed he should have mentioned earlier after reaching Munnar Mr. Renjit is saying you cannot visit due to breeding time. Day 3: We could not visit Periyar national park as it was fully booked 1 day prior. We spoke with other guests who had done online booking. On top of that Mr. Renjit is blaming us for not reaching prior 1 pm. To summarise the trip: Delhi Trip agent was not ethical, suggested we cancel the trip request at the trip triangle and they would give additional Rs 10,000 discount. 7 C's Destination were talking about ethics but lack to fulfill comments mentioned in the itinerary. Driver was taking commission at every place we visited Spicy shopping, Ayurvedic centers, Kerala chips and even for bookings which we did by ourselves. We received constant complaint calls from the surfing and kayaking schools stating the driver asked for commission. On declining the commission the driver posted negative feedback on the internet. Driver would not stay in our hotel or nearby hotels. He would be late by 20mins to 30 mins in the morning to pick us from the hotel due to which we missed all the major sightseeings in Munnar and Varkala. Other tour guests were getting the discount at Jatayu Earth center while we did not get any discount. We have spent Rs 1,06,340 but it was not worth it. It could have been much better. Positive: 1. Overall trip was good, most of the schedules & coordination are on time except those mentioned in negative. 2. Hotels review: Driftwood hotel at port blair was good however, their washroom was quite small but food was good, Ocean Tree Hotel at Havelock was very good property & all facility including pool, private beach, food all are excellent, small hitch we faced was frequent power shutdowns but they restore the power immediately. Hotel Pearl Park at Neil was also excellent property & its location & food was very good, but the property lacks regular maintenance some facility was out of service. But overall good hotel. 3. All coordinating person has promptly assisted during our water activities like, sea walk, scuba diving and other activity. Negative 1. No information given to team at Neil Island for our coming, contact number provided for person at Neil was not picking calls, even when I call to Delhi office (Ms Smita), she told that we are informing wait at your location & never called back to know our status. This caused us to wait for more than 1hr 30 min at Neil Jetty. 2. Even during booking package, it was agreed that Green Ocean ferry shall not be booked and only Makruss/Nautica/ITT majestic shall be booked. However, from returning from Neil to Port blair, Green ocean ferry was booked, which make us suffer in suffocating cabin of Green Ocean. 3. We are 2 family going together for trip and told to plan visit timing together but the tickets of light and sound show at cellular Jail having different timing. Feedback for improvement: The point mentioned in Negative may be work upon so that such issue may not be faced by other. Further, before visit, if it was guided better what required during visit, network issues, etc may be helpful future travelers. Many of them, first Scuba diving, radhanagar beach, laxman pur sunset

(1) In Hanoi, we experienced the vibrant city life, enjoying visits to iconic locations like Ocean City Park 2, the Hop-On Hop-Off City Tour, Dong Xuan Market, Beer Street, and the unique Train Street. All were excellent! (2) Our experience on the Ninh Binh Day Guided Tour by limousine bus on February 25th, 2025. Despite the rainy, cloudy, and cold weather, we thoroughly enjoyed our adventure. The tour, which took us from our Hanoi Capital Hotel to Hoa Lu, Trang An/Tam Coc, and Mua Cave, was excellent. We started at Hoa Lu, exploring its ancient royal temples, followed by a pleasant bicycle ride through local villages. The Vietnamese and Indian lunch was also very enjoyable. The boat trip through the Trang An Grottoes was a highlight, and the hike up the mountain at Mua Cave, with its stunning views of the Ngo Dong River, was truly thrilling, even in the rainy atmosphere. Overall, it was a very good adventure and a memorable experience. (3) The grand finale was our tour of Halong Bay and Lan Ha Bay, culminating in a visit to Cat Ba Island. The 5-star La Pandora cruise was truly the crown jewel of our trip, providing a luxurious and unforgettable experience. (4) In Da Nang, we enjoyed a relaxing beach escape, followed by an exhilarating adventure at Ba Na Hills. The Golden Bridge, the thrilling cable car ride, the Lava Train, Fantasy Park, the charming French Village, and many other attractions created unforgettable memories. We also deeply appreciated the opportunity to explore the majestic Marble Mountains and the impressive Lady Buddha statue. Our two-night stay in Da Nang and tour to Hoi An were magical. We fully immersed ourselves in the local culture and cuisine, and releasing lanterns along the river was an especially unforgettable moment. (5) We also enjoyed the lively party atmosphere and nightlife of Ho Chi Minh City, and gained valuable insights into the country's war history at the Cu Chi Tunnels and Melong Delta tour. Throughout our journey, the guides ensured seamless transitions between destinations and offered insightful explanations about Vietnam's rich history, including its war history and the significance of Buddhism. The tour was expertly curated, ensuring a truly wholesome and immersive experience. I have one experience that after 5.30 they park the boat near parking area, there is nothing to explore for shop to get your snacks also. you need to call your cab driver and go to main city, so keep some movie in your phone and enjoy in boat as they are having android TV, connect and watch and enjoy dinner. - Samudra Theeram Beach Resort : Rate 2.5 Out 5 : Breakfast is not not not good, hotels cleanliness ok ok. Family or couples Not recommended, Schools students, college students bulk group are coming for stay as looks like for them having good concession. ( we only utilize Hotel to Just Sleep ) no " GILA SIKVA " Cab and Cab Driver : for Cab 2 people Best ( not for 3 people as Car need some upgradation ) For Cab Driver ( 5 out of 5 ) Thanks to the giving me good cab driver ( Kabeer V M ), I can say he is best in driving, communication and guiding for sightseeing. Also he knows how to make your customer happy by listening their request and suggesting them what is good and additional sightseeing good to visit. (without any extra charges). The hotel room of Hongthor was excellent. However the hotel rooms of Golf retreat were not worth the price paid. There have been better rooms in golf retreat but we were given the lowest category rooms as per bookings done which was not expected hence leading to disappointment. Services were good though. Hi Good morning. Becon Hotel Vadodara was not worth for even a night's stay. The rooms were too small and cramped. Probably single room converted to double. Staff at reception were not courties and were taking a long time for clearance. No parking and accommodation for the driver . Better not to continue with this hotel for tourists bookings by your company.

The first two days of our trip was a total waste of time because of the lousy cab that reported to us one hour after we landed in Dehradun. And after that he has no money to pay the finest as his wheel was locked by the authorities for parking over time . Due to this attitude of the driver ,we were delayed for our trip to Rajaji and further that delayed and we missed the ganga Aarti at Haridwar . The next day too the same cab driver was hanging around and we refused to go in that car . PLEASE NOTE- This can was different than the video and photographs of the vehicle that was sent to us before booking the travel agent . Finally Mithila travels agreed to send us a better car and said that we have to pay ₹1500/- per day extra .. When we demanded to cancel our entire trip and asked for refund .. this price was brought down to ₹500/ per day and we had to accept because we were just hanging around Dehradun doing nothing for two days .
