Overall it was a memorable and good tour thanks to Travel Triangle to help me getting connected to Satguru Holidays. Itinerary was prepared as per my requirement but some things were missed for which i requested specially. I requested for room decoration in both the hotels for very first day but that was not arranged. Also Parc Sovereign Albert Street didn't have complete details of my booking for which i had to talk to travel agent and send me booking confirmation with hotel. At one point Cab driver also caused us issue, he left us at hotel and went for city tour with other guest. Moreover he didn't inform us that he is leaving us, we kept on waiting for 45 min when i contacted local representative for what's the issue. Sentosa and Cruise have been memorable time. Do not ask for city tour, its waste. Nothing is covered by travel agents in city tour excpet for Merlion. Rather plan your city tour by yourself and cover Gardens by the Bay, Orchid Garden, National Museum, Merlion, Bugis Street, Clarke Quay, Chinatown, Singapore Flyer. In name of city tour they take only to Singapore Flyer, Merlion & Chinatown.

Firstly great job done by sumith. Thanks for the good price quote by Satguru Holidays very reasonable and all the properties were five star. Our trip was for 5 nights and 6 days, two nights in lankawi at hotel bay view. The hotel staff was also very helpful and friendly. They gave us early check-in and upgraded our room from hill view to sea view wch had a very beautiful view. And coming to the place mainly climate is very nice daily atleast for half an hour u'll have a rainfall. Places to visit are chanang beach most happening beach there u can find everything and it's open all the night. U can find many duty-free shops in the city it's very cheap compared to airport. It's best place for shopping in Malaysia. Third day we were transferred to kaula Lumpur and the hotel provided was Double tree by Hilton. This was a very huge property and our room was is 23rd floor and had a twin tower view wch was awesome. But they charged 15000 extra for that view for two nights. Kaula Lumpur is a concrete jungle lot of high rise buildings and lot of traffic jam in peak hrs . places to visit are The food street was very gud with all types of seafood,KLCC Tower, Kings Palace, Petronas towers(twin towers), and KLCC shopping mall wch is very huge and all international brands are available. There is a Chennai street where u can find Indian food. But very difficult for vegetarians. Breakfast was very good at Hilton. 5th day we were transferred to Genting Highlands, on the way we had a stop at murgan temple where there is a huge statue of Lord murgan. From there we went to hotel Awana this was also a five star hotel but it is very old, no wifi in room and no room service. (This hotel is suitable for senior citizens or honeymoon couples) After check in we went to Genting Highlands through cable car 3.5km in 20min wch was very gud experience. In Genting we went to first World (Indore theam park) food was not so great but cassino was very huge and it was nice. Next day evening we check out and back to India. Once again thanks a lot to travel triangle and satguru Holidays especially sumit for a memorable trip.

Satguru Travels organised a wonderful trip to Singapore. They coordinated very nicely and included as many attractions/places as possible in the itenary. Very well planned visit and they even stayed in touch with us while we were in Singapore, just to make sure everything was going fine. However the travels in Singapore named "Red Apple" travels who were responsible for pickup and drop were worst. Once they left the venue without counting how many people were there in the van, which left 2-3 couples stranded at the place. The drivers were rude and unapologetic. Every day the driver was changed and the name and number of the driver wasn't shared which led to a lot of miscommunication. They changed the timings on their own will. In Singapore every place you visit is memorable since it's such a beautiful country. The Lion city as they call it, has wonderful people and visiting this place was an amazing experience. Merlion park , Universal Studio, Sentosa island, Garden By the Bay etc are some of the best places to visit.

I thank Sumit for patience in dealing with my ever fluctuating itineraries. Driver and guide at Dubai were great. The hotel provided was per my expectations. Loved the sighseeing of Miracle garden, global village and Bollywood theme park. Really loved the experience as it was my 2nd trip with Travel triangle.

We got a nice and decent hotel in the middle of city. The hotel serves nice breakfast with lots of variety. All the transfers as well bookings went exactly as per our itinerary. Above all the entire team of TT was round a clock available for service. Enjoyed a Lot their. A big Thank you to team as well as my travel agent Mr. Sumit for placing everything perfectly. Visit to Aquaventure water park was too good and enjoyed a lot in Dubai desert safari.

The experience has been positive. However, I recommend a revised itinerary to ensure all planned locations are visited. Time constraints necessitated the omission of three locations. Best part is Bali swing, Handara Gate and Bird's park.

We had an overall amazing experience with our tour – truly a memorable journey for our family! Everything was well-organized and smooth. The desert safari was a highlight – we absolutely enjoyed it, especially the delicious food, the entertainment shows, and the overall ambiance. The cruise on the first day was also wonderful, with great food and a lovely show to kick things off. Our visit to the parks in Abu Dhabi was another major highlight. Warner Bros. World was absolutely the best – not just for our son but for us adults too! The rides, shows, and themed zones were fantastic. SeaWorld was a delight for our little one — he loved every bit of it, and it was very child-friendly and interactive. The view from Dubai Frame was breathtaking, and we really enjoyed spending time there as well. The Dubai city tour was enjoyable, thanks to the polite and knowledgeable drivers who made us feel comfortable throughout. The vehicles provided were excellent, and most of the drivers went above and beyond, often giving us shopping tips and helping us avoid tourist traps — which really helped us save some dirhams! There was just one hiccup with the driver during our Dubai Frame visit. Despite having a private vehicle booked, we weren’t dropped off as per our request and had to wait in the harsh sun until the driver arrived at the designated parking spot. That day aside, all other drivers and guides felt like part of our own family. One suggestion for improvement: If the Burj Khalifa show could be arranged in the morning, the view would’ve been much better. We missed the iconic view due to the timing. Also, the hotel rooms were underwhelming for a 5-star property – loose pins, outdated TV sets, and slow service with unresponsive reception calls were disappointing. However, the staff was polite and helpful. All in all, the trip was very well planned and executed by Rayna Tours & Travel Vichar. Despite a few minor setbacks, we never felt like we were in a foreign country — the team made us feel right at home. After all, a few bumps make the journey memorable, don’t they? Rating: 4 out of 5 stars. Kudos to the entire team! Desert safari, Parks visit at Abu Dhabi.

Had a memorable trip of Sikkim (Gangtok, Pelling, Lachen, Lachung). Mr. Prashant Singh organized the trip nicely. On the day of arrival, we reached Siliguri quite late than ETA so it was not possible to reach Gangtok. But, Mr Prashant managed to provide temporary hotel in Siliguri instead. That was good. Lachen and Lachung trips were excellent, driver was also very nice. Gangtok trip was also very good. Had some up-downs for Peilling trip, as hotel voucher was not working and had to switch hotel for 2nd day. Driver was not paying for parking despite inclusion of parking fees. Though it was refunded later by travel agent. One point of improvement would be, they out source the traveling and sometimes drivers are on 3rd or 4th sub-contract so, issues like timing, parking fees etc. arises, if this could be taken care then it would be good. All hotels were good overall. The trip was great. Lachen, Lachung

The highlight of Assam was cruising on the mighty Brahmaputra River and exploring the rich biodiversity of Kaziranga National Park, where I spotted majestic rhinos and vibrant birdlife. In Meghalaya, the serene landscapes of Shillong, the mesmerizing beauty of Dawki's crystal-clear waters, and the charm of Mawlynnong, Asia's cleanest village, left me in awe.

I would Strongly Recommend "Unexplored Trip" for other travelers who are planning to visit "Sikkim/Gangtok/Darjeeling (East Sikkim) Overall,it’s a Wonderful Memorable Family Trip to East India enjoyed along with Family. Review of Gangtok Sightseeing/Darjeeling Sightseeing &Hotels: - 1.Hotel: -Summit Ttakshang Residency Hotel & Spa, Gangtok-I would like to give 5*s for the Service & Hospitality. It’s very close to MG Marg.Also for seving delicious buffet breakfast & polite behavior of hotel staff. We explored various food options at MG Marg (Different types of Momos-Veg Momos/Chicken Momos/Thukpa/Thaipo/Jhol Momos/Peri Peri Momos/Fried Momos) & did shopping at Lal Bazaar. (Bought Winter Jackets& other items at very cheap rate). If you are interested to enjoy night life do visit After Dark Discotheque. 1.Gangtok Sightseeing: -Ontime Pick up & Drop by Mr. Satish. Places to Visit:- --Ganesh Tok—Lord Ganesh Temple. --Hanuman Tok—Lord Hanuman Temple --Gonjang Monastery --Bakthankg Waterfall --Tashi View Point—Sunset View Point --Nathula Pass—India China Border. (Must Visit) --Baba Harbhajan Singh Temple(Must Visit) --Changu Lake.(Must Visit):-Enjoyed Ropeway ride 2.Hotel: -Hotel Himalayan Retreat, Darjeeling-I would like to give 3*s for Service& Hospitality. Its very close to Mall Road.Morning Breakfast options are limited.You only get Puri Bhaji/Poha/1 egg/1 Banana/Tea/Coffee/Juice.Same breakfast everyday.They charged extra 500INR per Night for Heater for bad quality-Ideally it should have been covered in room charges.Would suggest go for another hotel. We visited Glenary's— Bakery, Restaurant& Pub, and explored various food options @Mall Road. 2.Darjeeling Sightseeing: -Ontime Pick up & Drop by Mr.Ashal & Mr.Jugal. Enjoyed Darjeeling Joy Ride. Places to Visit: - --Tiger Hill-Unfortunately couldn't visit due to bad weather. --Peace Pagoda (Japanese Temple) --Tenzing Rock HMI --Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park --Batasia Loop --Ghoom Monastery --K SANG-NGAG CHOLING MONASTERY --Pine Tree Forest --Simana View point --Pashupati Temple & Market (India-Nepal Border)-Visited Temple & did shopping at Pashupati market. --Gopal Dhara Tea Estate-Bought variety to Tea Packets. --Mirik Lake:-Horse Riding/Boating. Last but not the least-Special thanks to Mr. Satish Subba for on time pickup & drop & guiding us through the journey & even suggested for good restaurants & places to gofor shopping.
