The hotel location was perfect, and the cleanliness and service were excellent. The food was amazing – just like homely food, which made our stay even more comfortable. The balcony view was a highlight, offering beautiful sunrise and sunset views directly from the room.  Manali Stay – Himalayan Spurge: The Manali hotel had a good location and maintained good cleanliness. However, the food was average, and room service was just okay. One important point – if you are staying for more than 2–3 days, the hotel should ideally refresh items like blankets and toiletries, but they were charging extra for this. For longer stays, it may be better to consider switching hotels for better service and value. 麟 Travel Agent: The travel agent did a great job planning the itinerary. The trip was well-organized, covering all major attractions while keeping it family-friendly. They were always reachable whenever needed, which gave us peace of mind. ✅ Overall Experience: Overall, it was an excellent trip with great memories, especially due to the driver and Shimla stay. Just a slight improvement needed in the Manali hotel experience. Highly recommended for families! 

I really wish we had asked Ramiz to change this hotel for us as well. Additionally, while our driver was excellent and very professional, the car provided wasn't very comfortable. Good service from the agency, but definitely avoid that specific resort!

It was not ideal for evening strolls and was quite far from the main town. * Kovalam Hotel: While the room itself was decent, the overall hotel experience was not up to par. The standard level of the hotel and the lack of sea views from the rooms were drawbacks. Overall, our Kerala trip was an enriching experience, with the houseboat stay and Thekkady hotel being the standout points. We hope that future travelers can benefit from our feedback and make the most of their Kerala journeys.
