Overall, the trip was satisfactory. We were travelling with a 1.5 year old kid and obviously it was tough and felt we were always on the road. Pros: The guide Charitha has good knowledge of all the places and took care of us well. Would use his service again. Value for money package Cons: Overall better planning could have been done by Miss Roshell, especially between Nuwara eliya and bentota stretch - on the road for 7 hours, exhausting. Communication with Mr Charitha could have been better meaning he was bit pushy about taking us to every place on the itinerary inspite of us insisting that we did not want to go to all the places because of the baby.

Hi.. I am grateful to travel triangle for making my dream come true. It was a nice customized trip plan for shillong which I enjoyed thoroughly with my family. The cab driver was very professional and summed up as our local guide too..sight seeing went according to the itinerary..stay at shillong was good.. we were not happy with our stay at Cherrapunji as we had asked for a room for 2adults n 1kid...the room provided was too small with a small bed.no extra mattress given for kid even after requesting..other than this everything went off well..our travel agent was good enough to take care of our needs..but he didn't answer back our calls on the last day when we desperately wanted to change our hotel..that was a part of our experience...next time we prefer to have better experience with travel triangle. The itinerary was perfectly executed. The rooms were okay. The houseboat stay was mediocre, and the food was bad at the houseboat. The hotel we stayed at, 'Sennen Evin', which was another alternative suggested by the travel agency, didn't have an elevator, which was difficult for my parents. Their water supply and electricity were unpredictable and this also made our stay difficult. The hotel staff were responsive but the services were poor except for food, which was good. We expect the same enthusiasm when accepting the quote for service and communication from the agent throughout the trip. We were overwhelmed by the extra charges we had to pay at the places for the union cabs. The extra cab fares could have been mentioned beforehand to the travellers before the trip. The shops the driver took us to were very expensive, and we realised this once we went to 'Lal Chowk' on our own. Also, only one restaurant we stopped at during our travel was of good quality, while the rest were really bad, and one possibly led to 2 of our family members getting food poisoning. With proper communication and an honest approach from the employees, the whole experience could have been much better.
