Nirav's 10 days trip to Thailand

Our recent trip to Thailand was a spontaneous decision, and with very little time on our hands, we turned to Travel Triangle for assistance—and we are so glad we did. From the very beginning, Parul Singh of Navigatio Connect Private Limited impressed us with her prompt responses, personalized attention, and extremely competitive quotations. Not only were the rates appealing, but her thoughtful suggestions added great value to our itinerary and made our journey smoother and more enjoyable. The entire tour, including airport pickups, intercity transfers, and hotel drops, was efficiently managed through their dedicated application, Ontrip. This app served as a reliable travel companion, giving us access to driver details and other logistical information with ease. While there was a slight delay in response during a minor emergency, we appreciated that any issues were resolved within 15–20 minutes—a testament to their on-ground support and commitment to service. The accommodations provided throughout the trip were well-curated, clean, and comfortable. What stood out was their attention to detail—especially accommodating our request for triple-bed rooms, which was flawlessly executed. This ensured that our comfort was never compromised at any point. A special mention goes to Tarun ji, whose calm demeanor and prompt assistance further enhanced our experience. Both Parul and Tarun were just a message away, always ready to help with quick solutions, local guidance, or simply checking in to ensure we were having a good time. In summary, the entire experience—from planning to execution—was handled with professionalism, warmth, and care. We wholeheartedly recommend Navigatio Connect and Travel Triangle for anyone planning their travels across Asia. Thank you for crafting such a beautiful and unforgettable journey for us—memories we will cherish forever! Abhi's 7 days trip to Bali

Our main intention behind booking the Bali trip through Travel Triangle was the hope of receiving a better and more seamless experience compared to directly booking through local tour operators in Bali. Based on that expectation, we finalized our trip with Tour Hunters. The booking process, including receiving the vouchers and initial coordination, went smoothly. However, the actual experience during the trip was far from satisfactory. We were two families traveling together, and the biggest issue started with the execution on ground. We were assigned a driver who was also supposed to act as our guide. While the driver during our stay in Kuta and Ubud was polite, he had no guiding knowledge whatsoever — he was merely a driver. Due to this lack of guidance, we missed out on a couple of important places on our itinerary. For example, one evening we were taken to a temple and reached there at 7:05 PM, only to be told it was closed at 7:00 PM. What was disappointing is that we had stopped on the way for 20–25 minutes, and the driver didn’t inform us about the closing time. That resulted in a complete waste of 3 hours (1 hour to the temple and 2 hours back to the hotel). Another instance was at Tanah Lot. Although we reached the destination, we were taken to a different side of the area, completely missing the more iconic and beautiful view from the main side. Again, the lack of guidance played a role in this mishap. The most troubling part of our trip was at Nusa Penida. The driver there was extremely unprofessional and borderline threatening in his behavior. As tourists, we rely on local operators for information and direction. If something is not aligned with their plans, it should be communicated politely and respectfully. Instead, his tone and behavior were completely unacceptable and made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe. We also saw how other tourists were treated by their drivers and felt extremely disappointed with our choice. In hindsight, choosing Tour Hunters through Travel Triangle turned out to be a grave mistake. What should have been a joyful and memorable trip became frustrating and disappointing in many aspects.

Trip was well planned and no major issues faced all along the trip. Only feedback is the quality of hotel could have been a little bit better. It was like homestays in the name of hotel. No issue faced in stay but service of the homestay staff was minimal based on manpower.

Overall it was good. If the travel triangle people were more interactive then the agents… the holiday could be more comfortable. There was lots of confusion where agent forgot to book hotel and was asking us last home to share hotel cost. Miscommunication on billing amount. All this could have been avalided if travel triangle concerned employee was more interactive and involved. I had to ask again and again to her to connect. Ninh binh day trip with Indian food
