Everything was great except few points. The cruise was a disappointment. Also, our hotel stay at marina was already communicated to agent but not sure why they chose cruise at the other side of town when there was an option right next to our hotel. Also, the tickets for penguin/acquarium were done last minute but the same has not been communicated to Rayna travels at Dubai properly. We had to face a lot of hassle on this day and even after 4 times confirming that pick up is not required still the driver showed up at our doorstep. Ither than this, everything else was good and hassle free.

The arrangements made were flawless, from the comfortable hotels to the excellent room services. The staff at each hotel were attentive, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. One of the highlights of the trip was the food – delicious, with great variety at every stop. The only small downside was on the last day when we arrived just 10 minutes late to Chidiya Tapu Biological Park, and the gates had already closed. We wish the driver had informed us earlier, so we could have adjusted our schedule accordingly. Professional & Reliable Service I had a fantastic experience with this travel agency. They were incredibly reliable and professional, staying in touch with us throughout the entire journey and promptly responding to our calls and messages whenever needed. Even when continuous rain in Andaman could have disrupted our plans, they quickly made alternative arrangements so we could still enjoy a special evening. Hotel Experience The only downside was our stay at Aquays Hotel. The staff, food, and overall service were disappointing. Pros: Active and Responsive Agent: The agent was consistently proactive and attentive throughout the planning process. She responded promptly to all our queries and concerns without any need for reminders, making the experience smooth and hassle-free. Timely and Well-Maintained Cab Service: Our cab arrived on time, which helped us keep to our schedule efficiently. The vehicle provided was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Excellent Drivers: The drivers assigned to us were exceptional in terms of communication, behavior, and navigation skills. They were respectful, reliable, and made us feel safe throughout our journey. Cons: Lack of Transparency About Hotel Quality (Sea Hills, Port Blair): Although we selected the hotel Sea Hills in Port Blair ourselves, the agent, being familiar with the area, could have advised us about its poor quality. It would have been helpful to receive her local insights, as we later found out that many of the positive Google reviews for this hotel were misleading. Inadequate Vehicle Choice: With a group of seven adults, including four senior citizens and one baby, the Ertiga provided felt cramped for longer drives. A more spacious vehicle, such as a Xylo, would have been ideal for comfort. Unfortunately, this was not considered, which led to some discomfort for our group. Poor Hotel Room Quality in Last Stay (Sea Hills, Port Blair): The room we received at Sea Hills was below standard, with limited space and a bed positioned against the wall, giving a cramped and budget feel. Considering our group size and needs, we had expected a higher-quality room.
