The website and app login experience is not very smooth, and the payment and invoicing process does not always feel transparent. In addition, the response from TravelTriangle’s customer support/trip guide was not very satisfactory in our case. Overall, the platform helped us connect with a good travel agent, and that made the trip successful. If TravelTriangle improves its platform experience and support system, it could become an even better service for travelers.
