(6) I would recommend to confirm with the hotels directly about the reservations or get the confirmation vouchers directly from hotel.

stay was all great. Boathouse was sooo beautiful, felt like a small palace in itself..but was damn cold even with heaters and a strick care taker who kept a tab on our eating even on the small meals as part of package. My only feedback not for Travel designers team, but for the hotels/Boathouse would be for better variety of food. Even if you charge us more, customers will be okay to spend to try and get to taste some Kashmiri dishes or more non-vegetarian options including mutton or fish which sadly we couldn't try. But Mr. Hassan still helped us with a special dish delivered to our room when feedback was given, which was very kind of him. I've never had any travel agency do that for us to show customer centricity. My whole family had a great memorable trip and I was glad that I finally had a good trip planned through Travel triangles, although I had tried for other trips in the past. I have already shared and recommended Travel designers to some of my known people. Inshallah if we go to Kashmir in future, we'll definitely go through Mr. Hassan at Travel designers. The WhatsApp team were exceptionally active throughout the trip and gave us an immediate responses on time to time basis. Regarding tour itinery, The tour consultants covered all places as per the itinery and took us into the diversity of Malaysia. I witnessed many different things including forests, national parks, theme parks, islands, city tours, rivers, skyscrapers, beaches, malls, streets, markets, night lifes etc. I will give you the brief details of the places later which I have visited on each day. There was a good amount of activity on each day with not too much down time. Just enough to keep up my journal. The hotel stay in KL was lovely & clean and it’s very close to Chowkit monorail station which really helped me to explore the night life of KL city without spending much expenses on transportation, but not very impressed with the hotel stay in Langkawi. It’s a kind of an above average hotel stay in langkawi and sad part is it’s far away from Langkawi town, but this hotel had a very good scenic beauty with swimming pool facing towards mountains and rivers. Initially you guys promised me the stay in Adya Hotel which I preferred to stay, I followed up many of your team mates, but unfortunately they couldn’t make it. But both accommodations are far exceeded than my expectations, very good breakfast including Indian dishes and very friendly staffs. The good part is both the hotels allows me to do early check-in which really helped me for getting good sleep and aside from the actual trip I got an additional day to explore the city on my own. The best part of the trip was the tours & activities in Langkawi. Absolutely - definitely I will be recommending your tours and I will also be taking another in the future. Kudos and all the best to the whole team including Mr. Sagar from TT and Mr. Niraj from Travel Funda . Travelfunda Mr. Niraj and his team were an absolute gem of a team as persons apart from their professional roles. Humane to the core in every aspect of discussion and support and there never was “NO” as an answer in every scenario. And the secret behind Niraj’s and his team’s finesse with travel & itinerary insights is that they have themselves travelled extensively and thus could provide minute details about locales and cost saving tips during our visit. Truly appreciate and thank our stars to have opted for Travelfunda as this was our honeymoon trip. In the end, would take this a bit further in thanking from the core of our hearts that we were truly smitten when at every check-in there was a surprise and this was topped by the honeymoon surprise during our Florence check-in. Also there were a couple of instances when we had almost committed blunders in reaching required spots a bit delayed as provided in the itinerary (due to different country, extreme weather, or alarm goof ups)- however in all such instances whenever we called Mr. Niraj, the first aspect was that, we were relieved of 50% of our worries when he used to pick the call within the first 2-3 rings and the response would be “we can look and provide some other options” - in situations when we knew deep down that providing any solution would be almost not possible as everything was meticulously planned and paid for (considering optimisation of the travel budget too). Although in one of these situations we were lucky that the actual service providers in Italy were gracious enough to accommodate us in similar trips with minimal elimination/changes of sightseeing options. And thus, it is a given that we’d be opting travelfunda/travel triangle in all our future trips. i with dinner and the program that followed was full of energetic performances. City tour was apt and so was Dubai Frame visit. Had so much fun at Ferrari world, could have planned for longer duration if suggested correctly by the travel agent. Thanks to the driver who suggested not to waste our time too much in Abu Dhabi city and spend more time at Ferrari world. Burj Khalifa and Dubai mall visit were good too. Only be prepared to stand in long queue at Burj Khalifa. A few misses were - Arabian Park hotel had good rooms, but the hotel’s service was below average by any standard. Do not expect the room service to provide your food on time in the rooms, when you follow them they would lie to you as well saying that it would reach you in 5 mins. Saving grace was Mr. Bony, Chef at the hotel who served us with some delicious food layout at the breakfast table. Average Dhow cruise trip – Not very good buffet layout nor the program/ show was any good as very low energy performers did not care to entertain at all. The cruise ship also could have been better. On the first day to the cruise, our pick up came 1 hr earlier than suggested by the travel agent so that was a harassment to get ready in a jiffy. Later the bus driver picked up some wrong couple so we spent another 40 mins to drop them back. Was late for the cruise because of this mismanagement and was always rushed. Ms Shalu from ASK WORLD was always helpful. Overall I would surely rate the trip 4/ 5.
