Kalimpong Family Packages

I would first put down by not so good experience.The trip started with a heartbreak; as North Sikkim was closed due to landslide (not in our control) - the third party agent then worked around and presented the plan for Darjeeling and Kalimpong - the first night at Darjeeling hotel was not per my requirements - too small room and it in no way was a 3 star hotel. The transfer vehicles were agreed to be either Dzire or Innova/ Xylo however the agent was not fully aware about it. My transfer was delayed from Darjeeling to Pelling due to unavailability of vehicle, they sent me the vehicle at 2 pm and that ruined the whole day - my sightseeing of Pelling for 1st day was not possible as the vehicle came in late and we reached Pelling at around 7-7:30 pm. I had escalated the situation to Travel Triangle representative who was very cold and never responded to my concern. Attached is the snap of lack of responsiveness of Travel Triangle representative. I am very disappointed with Travel Triangle representative's approach, they had left us on the mercy of the travel agent and had never coordinated with me. This was a very bad experience; my previous 3 experiences were much better. Based on this experience with travel triangle I would never recommend my friends and family to get services from them. It is a waste of money to have them; it would be rather better to directly connect with a travel agent and pay less to them.

We had a great time travelling to pelling, namchi and kalimpong... Overall everything was perfectly managed

We had a pleasant trip. Cabs provided to us was good even the drivers were well behaved. However, we had few hiccups with hotel bookings. In Kalimpong, they changed our hotel at the last moment. Thankfully, it got sorted in the end.

Dear travel triangle Good points - Very professional Vouchers and tickets issued on time Hassle free Courteous drivers and agents Very good hotel in kalimpong that is Mayfair Complaints: The first hotel allotted to us i.e. tripa Potala was below standards..we got a basement room and even the current was going on and off at night. Also the travel agent who spoke to us should have guided us better on how to plan our journey - toy train , places . We missed out on a few places.

It was our 5 days trip to Darjeeling, Mirik & Kalimpong organised by ISikkim Travels during Sep 2022. Mr Sameer was very supportive & he organised everything very well and as per our requirements. Our stay was at Darjeeling & it was a beautiful property and so our stay was fully comfortable. Big thanks for it. Cab driver cum guide he provided Mr Kiron, Mr Rinzing & Mr Bobby.. All were very very organised, well trained, well behaved & very supportive. It was a great experience. Mr Sameer ensured our comfort from the beginning till we reach the Airport for our return journey & that was a great thing. Thanks iSikkim

I am usually a solo traveler, and this was the first time I had traveled with a Tourist travel company planning my trip. Me n my wife, we had booked trip for Sikkim and Meghalaya initially. But due to covid lockdown, Meghalaya was dropped at last point. Akhilesh from Indeman travel provided us with alternate itinerary, Sikkim and Darjeeling. The hotels were 3-star throughout our trip, especially in Sikkim and Kalimpong, view from our windows just outstanding and peaceful. We did our trip trip during Corona, so many sightseeing points were closed, but Akhilesh and its team made sure to provide us with alternate options and additional time during our trip for other points. We did have a bad experience with one of drivers during our trip, but Akhilesh made sure to take note and received feedback immediately from us, what went wrong. Hotel in Darjeeling which we got was not upto the mark, and we immediately informed Akhilesh, but we did not get a new hotel. However, hotel staff genuinely made sure to cater to all our needs and we did not have any complaints during our stay. The best part of entire 8 day trip was, there was constant and clear communication from Akhilesh himself and his team in Sikkim and Darjeeling, providing us with all information related to our day's journey in advance. Also, getting daily feedback from us, about our day and any issues we are facing, which was really good. We had situation of lockdown during our trip, and Indeman, by paying very less reasonable amount, added an entire day of out-of-itinerary location excursion to our trip. I was bit skeptical at first, booking trip through trvel websites like traveltriagle, and paying such high amounts as this was my first such experience. But, our entire trip went really well, thanks to Indeman travels.

We planned a 4 day trip to Darjeeling , karsheong and Kalimpong . The trip was very well organized, well planned . Lodgings and restaurants exceeded far above from all our expectations.Excellent .... 10/10 for Driver , Cab and Akhilesh planning for the entire trip. All was superbly managed and taken care in all aspects. Overall highly recommended trip through Indeman Travels for all travellers. Looking forward to book another travel through Indeman Travels only. Dow Hills, Victoria Boys School, Mirik have got excellent scenic beauty and will always be the best of our trip

I was on a look out for a perfect 8 days solo trip package of Sikkim- Darjeeling- Kalimpong. I would also be working on these days hence I wanted my trip to be flexible to accommodate workcation. I worked researched and enquired with many travel agencies and also sent a quote to Travel Triangle. Yes Tourism came up with a wonderful plan where I ended up not only absorbing all the tourist places but also ensuring that I was able to work. Perfect workcation must say. This was a very hassle free booking, the coordinators (Sharmistha and Kriti) were amazing and was every time available. Sharmistha patiently worked with me to create the perfect travel package and guided me with her knowledge. All the three guides that were assigned to me were very cordial, helpful and knowledgeable about the place. The hotel booked were good with no concerns. I really enjoyed the experience and Travel Triangle is my new favorite travel group for bookings. Thank you team and all the very best! Sikkim is a beautiful place, each places were memorable- Nathula Pass, Tsomgo Lake, Pelling and Ravangala sites were most memorable.

Everything was fine during the trip except the hotel in kalimpong. It was bit shabby. Just to add a note, our travel agent Nanda took full care and responsibilities during the entire trip. 5-star to her cooperation and behaviour towards clients.
