From Arrival at Paro till departure GZD arrangements like hotel, vehicle, guide, driver and sightseeing was perfectly done like to do future Bhutan trips with them

It was an average trip. By looking at the positive reviews I expected a better service. I travelled solo and it was safe and comfortable but guide they provided was lazy and not interested. He came late one day and skipped few places. Drivers were good. On my way back to airport driver was giving more information than my Bhutan guide. Guide Namgey was good on first day who had to rush for an emergency, only to be replaced by a bad guide. Their choice of hotels are not so good as they are away from the city in Thimphu and Paro. I liked Thimphu hotel though. Travel agents were helpful sometimes but I had to ask them driver and guide details multiple times which was frustrating. Sometimes there was poor or late response. I realised that the guide skipped places at the end of the tour and they stopped replying to my messages or calls without even acknowledging their mistake. They even blamed me for not informing earlier. I wasn't expecting to be cheated like this, otherwise I would have been cautious. It was my mistake ultimately according to them. They haven't acknowledged guide mistake till now. Please choose your travel agents carefully.

From start to finish, the trip was wonderfully organized, allowing us to immerse ourselves fully in the beauty and culture of this enchanting country. Our travel agent was outstanding, taking the time to understand our preferences and crafting a personalized itinerary that perfectly balanced sightseeing and relaxation. Every detail was meticulously planned, from our accommodation to our daily activities, making the entire experience seamless and stress-free. Our tour guide named "Kinkuu" , a remarkable woman, felt like a family member from the very first moment we met her. She was not only knowledgeable and professional but also warm and caring. Her passion for Bhutanese culture shone through in every interaction. She enriched our experience with fascinating stories and insights about local customs, making us feel connected to the heart of Bhutan. The cabs provided were comfortable and reliable, ensuring that our journeys through the breathtaking landscapes were as enjoyable as the destinations themselves. The roads may be winding, but the views along the way were nothing short of spectacular. We explored the vibrant capital city of Thimphu, where modernity meets tradition. The stunning architecture, such as the Tashichho Dzong, left us in awe. Wandering through the local markets, we encountered warm, welcoming people who were eager to share their culture. This sense of hospitality was a recurring theme throughout our trip. Punakha was another highlight, with its majestic dzong situated at the confluence of two rivers. The scenic beauty here is unparalleled, especially when surrounded by the lush green valleys and the stunning backdrop of the Himalayas. The hike to the Khamsum Yulley Namgyal Chorten was invigorating, and the views from the top were absolutely worth it—an unforgettable sight that captured the essence of Bhutan. Finally, our visit to Paro was magical. The iconic Tiger’s Nest Monastery, perched on a cliff, was a breathtaking trek that offered both a physical challenge and a spiritual reward. The serenity of the location, combined with the clear blue skies and crisp mountain air, made it a highlight of our journey. Throughout our travels, we were continually impressed by the pristine environment. Bhutan’s commitment to preserving its natural beauty is evident everywhere—from the clean streets to the unspoiled landscapes. The air was fresh, and the atmosphere was tranquil, providing a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. In summary, my trip to Bhutan was a dream come true, and I wholeheartedly recommend this destination to anyone seeking adventure and serenity. It was no doubt a great experience, to start with travel agents altered the plan as we needed and were there for us throughout. Driver and guide were good too.. We felt the day could have been started before 9 so v can cover more places. Hotels were decent except for the one in paro.. bathroom had flooded and food was also not served enough for us. Phunaka Dzong! ❤️

Service from travel agent was very good. Hotels provided were outside city area. Service from can driver and Guide were excellent. Thimpu, punakha and Paro sightseeing were very good.

Trip planning by travel triangle was good. But on our way back one of the vehicles did not reach in time, the agent did not keep up his promise to meet us and take feedback. He was never available on the phone. Hotel Alem in Phuentsholing was not up to the mark Oarovilla hotel in Thimphu, Pema karpo in Punakha and Khamsum in Paro were very good Driver Dilip Gurung did excellent job. Guide Pema was a very good person but needs to improve his guideing skills Bhutan is a must visit country. Humble and happy people, majestic mountains, enchanting valleys, unending greenery, mystic monasteries, zongs everything there has left a permanent mark in our hearts. Long live Bhutan.

Our Bhutan vacation was well handled by Mr Hari Prasad of Bhutan online travels and Mr Nadeem of travel triangle. All our requests were catered to professionally and accommodated. Apart from the hotel in Paro where we faced small inconveniences, rest of the trip was really nice. Special thanks to our guide Mr Sonam Dorji and the chauffeur Mr Kinley for accompanying us and making the trip memorable.

Overall the trip was good, however there are few improvements which can be done. The travel agent was less punctual. Staying in the river front resort in Paro and visit to Chelela Pass.

Mr. Kel was an exceptional guide, sharing wonderful insights into Bhutan's rich culture, accommodating last-minute requests, and creating memorable experiences, such as playing archery and darts along with local children and inviting us for a hearty lunch at his home with his family. No one else could have guided us better. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and I highly recommend All Ways Tours and Travel for anyone planning a visit to Bhutan. Exploring Bhutan's stunning landscapes, especially the awe-inspiring Cha le la pass, and conquering the challenging Tiger Nest hike were highlights. Indulging in delicious Bhutanese cuisine, trying our hand at archery, and experiencing a traditional hot stone bath in Paro were equally unforgettable. But the most cherished memory was sharing a hearty lunch with our wonderful guide Mr. Kel and his family.
