Traveling late at night in an unfamiliar city with my wife felt unsafe and stressful, especially since the roads were empty and it was around 2 AM. Eventually, he realized that the hotel was wrong, and only after that were we taken to the correct hotel. The next day, we were supposed to visit Maa Kamakhya Temple, but we discovered that no booking had been made for us, even though the package was booked on the 19th for travel starting on December 27 (an 8-day itinerary). This was very disappointing, especially considering the amount we paid. Apart from these issues, the hotels were very nice, the driver was polite and supportive, and the destinations themselves were beautiful. Another disappointing aspect was the lack of follow-up. After I paid the full amount, and even after completing the trip, I never received a single call asking about our experience, feedback, or whether anything could be improved. Overall, while some aspects were good, I did not expect these kinds of issues at this price point.

The driver was good but he didn't guide us properly about the itinerary locations, the travel time taken. We had to constantly ask about the locations travel time and basic information. A driver should be proactively involved with the passengers in telling about the local people, their culture, their traditions if he is there for more a day with us. uwahati was just about average, but since our stay was for only one night, it was ok. Breakfast was also average. I would like to give full marks to Mr. Rahul, our driver who was very nice and good at his job. Thank you Mr,Prabhat and Mr.Rahul for giving us good memories of our trip.

Prior to booking I was offered cherrapunji holiday resort by the agent and after confirming we agreed to go with the cherrapunji holiday resort but after making payment the travel agent informed me that he cannot provide the cherrapunji holiday resort instead of this hotel he could provide 7 sisters falls view inn. I felt bad at that time but no other options left for me I had to stay in 7 sisters fall hotel which was quite pathetic in respect of basic amenities. *Travel agent booked the hotels at shillong and cherrapunji without breakfast but I paid the price for the hotels with breakfast. After knowing this I called travel agent and he assured me that hotel would provide breakfast. After reaching there hotel staff informed me that my rooms was booked without breakfast and after discussion with hotel staff and agent the breakfast was provided to me. This was very bad experience I had experience there. 3) Ka bri war, Dawki: hotel at dawki ka bri was was superb, I really enjoyed staying here, breakfast was awesome, view from hotels was mind-blowing.

in Shillong was within city, the approach was congested space. Accommodation in Khaziranga, Cherrapunji and Mawlynnong was also good.
