(1)The hotels suggested by Unexplored Trip were excellent – well-maintained, clean, and comfortable, with proper hygiene standards which was especially important as we were traveling with children.(2) The cab service was also very good – we had a spacious, clean vehicle and the driver was professional, punctual, and courteous throughout the journey. The itinerary was well-planned, covering beautiful destinations like Cherrapunji, Dawki, Mawlynnong, and Shillong, with enough flexibility to suit the needs of our large group.(3)Communication from Shashank was constant and reliable. He was available throughout the trip for any assistance we needed. There was a miss in the hotel booking in Guwahati and we had to settle for small room. Hotel in Shillong again there a geyser issues had to move to smaller room. And Elephant safari charge was taken for the kid under 5years. Resort person said that is free for kids under 5 years. Trip and sightseeing went well. Driver and vehicle was good and very helpful. Sizra from unexplored trip should be more proactive after the booking is made. I specifically told that in the trip senior citizens will be there but hitel rooms were not arranged accordingly. In Shillong I got the room in 4th floor. Similarly the Sunset cruise On Brahmaputra river was not booked nor told me to book in advance. I had to call and remind and we couldn't find option in day 1, so had to move the cruise trip to 6th day. Overall it's a good experience but need some proactiveness from travel agent.

We had a family trip to Assam and Meghalaya in April 2025, planned by Indeman Travel Solution. Sanjeev from Indeman helped us with a well-organized 7-day itinerary, including hotel stays and cab services. The resorts at Kaziranga (Dhanashri Resort) and Dawki (Peit Them Resort) were excellent, with beautiful gardens, clean and spacious rooms, and polite staff. Other hotels were okay but didn’t meet our expectations in terms of room size, cleanliness, and breakfast variety. The hotel in Shillong (Ramson Stay Inn) was new, but it had no lift, making it difficult for older people to access upper floors. The breakfast was very basic — just bread, butter, and a sandwich. It would be better if they added items like cornflakes and bread omelet. Overall, we were happy with the trip, the itinerary, and our cab driver, Mintoo Das, who was polite and helpful. Sanjeev was always reachable and helped with hotel room changes and safari bookings. However, the pre-travel and on-trip coordination could be improved, as no one checked in with us during the trip. While support was available when we called, a more proactive approach would have been better. In short, it was a memorable and well-planned trip that our whole family enjoyed.

Thanks to Prabhat for arranging and planning our trip; we got to see a lot of good places and made many memories Few things could be better: 1. We missed a lot of good places and restaurants due to communication challenges with the driver, 2. The Dawki accommodation was terrible, and it didn't match what was shared with me, 3. I was told that April is the best month to visit, but it's not, 4. Dawki is best in December, I feel that we could have spent more time in Cherrapunji or Shillong , 5. The trip in itself was hectic due to cab travel and every day change to a different hotel, it would have been better if we stayed more than one night.

We had a wonderful experience during our trip to the Northeast, specifically Guwahati, Shillong, and Cherrapunji. Our journey began in Guwahati with a visit to Maa Kamakhya Temple, followed by Shillong and Cherrapunji. The entire trip was very well-organized. We had a wonderful experience during our trip to the north-east region. It started from Guwahati and then to Shillong and Cherapunji. More importantly, it was very well organised considering that we were travelling with a 2 yr old kid. Thank you for organising this well.

Our recent trip to Shillong, Cherrapunji, Dawki, and Guwahati was an unforgettable experience, all thanks to the exceptional service provided by Unexplored Trip. From arranging quality Cab to comfortable accommodations and well-planned itineraries, everything was handled with utmost professionalism and care. The Travel Agent took good care of the bookings for kaziranga safaris and boating in Dawki. Hotels were reasonably ok in Guwahati and Kaziranga. Shillong hotels were good and the Cherrapunji hotel for one night was basic while the second one was good. In Mawlynnong we did not get to stay in the hotel that was mentioned on the voucher and should have been communicated better. The driver arranged was also not very satisfactory. Please check about Kamakhya temple time needed and if you need to talk to someone to get VIP tickets before, similarly would have been good to let us know that Waterfalls would be out of water in meghalaya in December, they caused unnecessary waster of our time. Also he should know what Shillong peak is closed on Wednesdays which caused us to waste another precious 2 hours.
