Overall the trip was good , only issue was with hotel . Travel agent has to work on advising a better arrangement

The singapore trip was my fourth trip with Travel Triangle.We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Travel Triangle for our recent trip to Singapore. From the moment we booked until we returned home, everything was handled with professionalism, care, and attention to detail. The entire trip was exceptionally well-organized. Hotel accommodations, daily itineraries, local transportation, attraction tickets—everything was thoughtfully arranged and executed flawlessly. We truly appreciated how seamless and hassle-free the whole process was. We’re especially grateful for the excellent support we received throughout—from quick responses to queries before the trip to on-ground assistance during the tour. It’s clear that TT truly values customer satisfaction and strives to deliver memorable travel experiences. Highly recommended for anyone planning a trip to Singapore or beyond. We’re already looking forward to planning our next vacation with them!

We used Kkingsman travels for our Singapore trip. The trip was planned well, the hotel was great and the whole thing was very well coordinated. We found Kkingsman among multiple travel agents on travel Triangle. The platform helped us with finalising the agent, payments and communication.

I have only one negative review - It's regarding malayasian trip. Twin tower and Aquarium is top nearby. But you guys planned these two activities in two different dates. We could have completed both in same date as we taken only 2 hours for bothe activities. It completely wasted my another day which we could plan something else. It's a poor planning from your side. Pls take necessary steps to avoid it in future. Others ar very well planned in Singapore. But malaysian trip, I was not happy.

The expected support wasn’t not there, two times the team wasn’t able to provide the tickets for the spots (observatory deck for sky garden and universal studio). In the entrance we need to wait for half an hour and they were asking the silly questions like sir how many adults and kids are there of how much age (as they only have done the tickets so asking these type of questions is a stupidity). Moreover in the initial stage of trip itself we informed that as we are with kids and infant so we may find delay in picking up the taxi but they haven’t taken into consideration, which causes us to pay amount of 40 SGD as we were not able to pick the taxi on time (delay of just 15 mins). When we have informed to travel triangle representative (Bhawana) then she took time to understand the situation from their sub agent and after that she started talking in the way as if we only have did a mistake. So the overall experience wasn’t good at all. We only created by ourselves, as such nothing from the travel triangle to make it memorable!

Through Travel triangle we used Kushark Travels to arrange our four-night, five-day trip to Singapore. Pooja from Kushark travels worked closely with us to suit all of our needs and gave us an excellent itinerary that included nearly all of Singapore's attractions at a very affordable price.Throughout the trip, she kept in contact with us to ensure everything went according to plan.The pickup and drop-off were excellent, as was the stay.At Hotel Citadines Rochoor, we were given the opportunity to check in early. Due to the abundance of vegetarian restaurants in the area, we had no issues with eating during our stay in Bear Little India.

Very good service provided by Shubham. He was always available for queries and very responsive. He was quick enough to make changes as per our requirement. Thanks Shubham for making our trip go well.

We were staying in IBIS Styles Hotel on Machpherson. First 2 days we were provided room on 8th floor and there was no wifi available due to technical issue. We changed our room for next 3 days and wifi was seamlessly available. The breakfast was very good and staff was friendly. The coach and cabs were clean and the driver arrived and dropped us on time. Shubham from TripMila helped us personally to solve our queries.

What i thought started as a memorable trip soon turned into an anxious and irritable tour in between. Sales Person (Mr.Himanshu) on Travel Triangle /Agency (dont know ) sold the tour with some other details in the itinerary which later on was changed unilaterally, without any update to me which was frustrating and always given me sense of uncertainty during the tour. This lead us to keep in regular touch with Point of Contact, (Mr.Vineet) who tried his best to provide us the solution but was not upto our expectation. Once upon a time, he told that he isnt aware what Mr. Himanshu (sales guy) has advised for the timings when we enquired about our itinerary. This showed lack of coordination between different teams. The hotel which was given in KL was good but the one given at Langkawi was no where near the 3 star rating as advised in Itinerary. On enquiry with the hotel staff, we came to know that it was their lowest room category. Upon checking online, we found out that the room rent for the day was around 123 MYR ie around Rs.2500 per day. On enquiring about upgradation of the room, we were informed by Hotel staff that they only have available room at that time for which per day rent was 400 MYR and 900 MYR which is approx Rs.8K and Rs.18K, respectively. The room was smelly, AC was not functioning properly and we had to PAY (8MYR iei Rs.160) for the toothbrush and toothpaste which are generally given complimentary in the hotel. We enquired about it on the OnTrip APP where we were bluntly told that they cannot do anything about it and we only need to speal to hotel authorities on our own. THE TRAVEL AGENCY LACKED RESPONSIBILITY here to help their aggrieved Customer in a foreign Country where they are supposed to have their agents to help or coordinate. Secondly, Day 3, Genting Highlands tour was supposed to start from 9 am as per itinerary finalized, however the driver came to pick us up around 10.25 am. The day tour was supposed to finish at 6 pm and we were to reach hotel by 7 pm (1 hr travelling time) but driver told us to meet him at 5 pm so that he can drop us to hotel @6 pm. This reduced our sightseeing time at Genting Highlands and we were forced to quickly roam around without enjoying fully. Not happy at all. On numerous occasions, i had to follow up for driver details since the same were not updated on Ontrip App or driver has reached late to pick us up. All these were advised in the Chat section under Help category in the App. We thought we had made a good decision by taking package tour and finalized the tour with our inputs but then to found out that TRAVEL TRIANGLE/TRAVEL AGENCY for whom this is their day-in & day-out work, not able to UNDERSTAND the PULSE (their requirements) of their Customer is simply astonishing. We were not advised by the TT/Travel Agency that for Petronas Towers , we need to buy a ticket so that we can visit the tower and enjoy the view from the top. THIS, I really FOUND unbelievable that how your Sales guy did not included this is the package or advise us to buy it on own. When we reached there, we were told we need to book the ticket one day before to go up in Petronas Towers. We have spent good amount of money to visit Malaysia and then not Visit their marquee place is really annoying and frustrating that the people in your team do not guide their Customers well. I think people at TT are more concerned with number of sales made rather than the EXPERIENCE of their Customers. We are going abroad with our hard earned money and try to maximize our returns within our means but this experience with TT/Travel Agency really left us frustrating at times. Although, there were many memorable moments for me and my wife but ALAS, this trip is going to be remembered with lot of frustration, anxious moments and bad hotel stay at Langkawi. Lastly, i would like to say that i don't know whether Travel Triangle only acts as an Aggregator and shifts everything to Travel Agencies after a tour is booked by a Customer or it is also accountable for something. I hope TT should check these concerns because otherwise it is not a good review about them and YESSS, I AM NOT GOING TO BOOK ANYTHING IN FUTURE WITH TRAVEL AGENT, ABROAD VACATIONS and would definitely do my best to give review about them at all possible platforms.

Travel to Malaysia experience was awesome. We enjoyed the trip. It was our honeymoon trip, itinerary could have been planned little better to give some leisure time to spend. Overall, it was great! We stayed in Berjaya and Goldsands hotel. Both were equally awesome.

Travel Triangle did very good job with planning and coordinating our trip to Malaysia Langkawi. The accomodation was superb and team assisted us round-the-clock ensuring timely updates by making sure everything went smoothly as planned. It booking was easy and smooth. This is my 3rd trip booked from travel triangle and all three of them were from different agencies and all of them were really good . Trip to Malaysia covered Langkawi and Kuala Lumpur. Majorly 2 activities on each of the destination. The activities took around half day so there were quite some time to explore the city with your own or taking the rest . There could be more information from the agent, like what else to explore by your own , which transport option to take and other informations which is essential . Sky cable car in Langkawi and weather at Genting highlands.

I’m cutting one star for travel agent because of mishandling of our booking for MAHANAKHON TOWER visit. We had to wait for an hour or maybe more than that and we were not being conveyed about the situation properly.

The entire trip was well coordinated by Avishek Jha from Kalpana Tours and Travels. He guided me with everything that was needed to make this trip memorable. He even helped customise the trip as per my requirement. This is in fact my second international trip with Travel Triangle and so far I don't have any complaints.

Had a good experience with Bali go trips.. Initially I was skeptical to book through them but their constant / immediate replies to quires gave confidence.. Near to the tour date a separate whatsapp group was created with bali team from their side and we were able to add members from our side which made communication process very easy. Each day program and instructions were provided in the group. All went well and we enjoyed the trip.

We had a great family trip in Singapore and top notch service was provided by Tour Hunters at a very good price. I was a bit hesitant to pay upfront but after reading the previous reviews I took the chance and it was worth it. They worked with me to customise my package and were really easy going. Their staff is always available on Whatsapp and also shares useful planning information for the next day itinerary.

The cab driver and the planning of the trip was good .... We had the leniency to reschedule our day to day activities. But our restuarant where our dinner date was planned was pathetic , food was bad and they hurried us up to finished dinner ,I didn't like our dinner date experience.the can driver was too good he suggested us good places and planned day to day activities accordingly. Overall experience was good expect for the dinner date and the restuarant at Nusa penida which was booked from travel agency . The resort room was basic and good .

Bali was beautiful scenic landscape with blue waters and blue sky. After visiting there I have some idea about prices and I feel markup of agents was high. There were few issues: 1. On two days, different driver than the one whose details were shared on whatsapp showed up, creating problems in initial communication. 2. Snorkeling equipment was booked in itinerary without boat or guide and they said you can go at harbour (where no one else was doing snorkeling) or pay extra for boat ride and guide, and prices quoted were exorbitant. These are petty ways in which travel agents are misleading you and is like a fraud. Driver at Nusa Penida was kind of rushing through itinerary because of snorkelling, as he knew they can make more money over there. 3. Drivers will just drop you at a point and leave you at your own. So you better research thoroughly before booking through these agents. 4. TravelTriangle, other than providing platform is non existent. Good things 1. Driver was talkative and was willing to stretch beyond itinerary. 2. Drivers were generally on time and responsive to whatsapp messages/calls and ensure payment of all the entry tickets, ferry ticket etc.

We recently concluded our week long vacation at Bali. Ours was not a group visit but a private one. The arrangements went with clockwork precision. Right from Airport pick up at the Bali Airport to drop back at the airport and car arrivals and visits and ticketing etc. everything was excellent. We had stayed at Swiss Bellhotel in Tuban area of Bali. The hotel was superb. The staff was courteous and we had a huge breakfast spread. The best part was the out of the world memorable candle light dinner arrangement at Hotel Holiday Inn at Baruna which was the highlight as it was our 25th wedding anniversary that day. We have returned with fond memories of Bali. Thanks Travel Triangle team.

Stay in Ubud luwih Villa was great. Travel agent "My Musafir" was flexible and supportive. Nusa Penida island driver was good. But drivers assigned for the trip were are not good except Nusa Penida driver. They are coming late. Because of that we have to squeeze our time in each sight seeing to cover as per itenary. Drivers were not cooperative and flexible. Not even stopping for lunch. They have not treated us like customers.

The entire trip was organised very well. However, what i felt was for the initial 2 days we would have stayed in ubud and later moved to kuta. Bali swing and ulludhanu temple
