Kudos to him ! There were, however, a few small coordination gaps across different days (infant count on the 4-Island tour, and the airport drop timing mix-up in Phuket). With slightly tighter internal communication and better clarity passed on to the drivers, the experience would easily have been a perfect 10/10.

They ensured transport details for next day was shared in advance on regular basis. The hotel accommodation was as per our requirements. The rooms were great & very clean and as requested..Worth the money spent.. Special mention for Baan Lamai Hotel & Resort from where the Patong beach is easily accessible across the road... It was ensured that we get proper vegetarian food at all hotels as well as on the Boat trips.. All the local operators for island hopping were very polite and informative... They even suggested how to maximize the time we had at every location.. For the day at leisure we had support from their team to arrange for rental cab on payment basis which is much better than local Grab taxi service Our vacation was a huge success !! Would highly recommend Navigatio ASIA for planning an unforgettable vacation...
