Mr Anand and Dipum planned our trip considering my needs as I wanted to explore new places this time. Overall itenary was well designed and memorable. All hotels booked by Jeremy travels were good except Hotel Lachung Pride. Our driver Mr Pasang has been a gem of a person. Great driving skills in difficult terrain, snow etc. Very humble and polite gentleman. I would certainly recommend Jeremy Travels to all who wish to visit Sikkim. Thank you team of Jeremy Travels !!!

quirements - too small room and it in no way was a 3 star hotel. The transfer vehicles were agreed to be either Dzire or Innova/ Xylo however the agent was not fully aware about it. My transfer was delayed from Darjeeling to Pelling due to unavailability of vehicle, they sent me the vehicle at 2 pm and that ruined the whole day - my sightseeing of Pelling for 1st day was not possible as the vehicle came in late and we reached Pelling at around 7-7:30 pm. I had escalated the situation to Travel Triangle representative who was very cold and never responded to my concern. Attached is the snap of lack of responsiveness of Travel Triangle representative. I am very disappointed with Travel Triangle representative's approach, they had left us on the mercy of the travel agent and had never coordinated with me. This was a very bad experience; my previous 3 experiences were much better. Based on this experience with travel triangle I would never recommend my friends and family to get services from them. It is a waste of money to have them; it would be rather better to directly connect with a travel agent and pay less to them.

alternate itinerary, Sikkim and Darjeeling. The hotels were 3-star throughout our trip, especially in Sikkim and Kalimpong, view from our windows just outstanding and peaceful. We did our trip trip during Corona, so many sightseeing points were closed, but Akhilesh and its team made sure to provide us with alternate options and additional time during our trip for other points. We did have a bad experience with one of drivers during our trip, but Akhilesh made sure to take note and received feedback immediately from us, what went wrong. Hotel in Darjeeling which we got was not upto the mark, and we immediately informed Akhilesh, but we did not get a new hotel. However, hotel staff genuinely made sure to cater to all our needs and we did not have any complaints during our stay. The best part of entire 8 day trip was, there was constant and clear communication from Akhilesh himself and his team in Sikkim and Darjeeling, providing us with all information related to our day's journey in advance. Also, getting daily feedback from us, about our day and any issues we are facing, which was really good. We had situation of lockdown during our trip, and Indeman, by paying very less reasonable amount, added an entire day of out-of-itinerary location excursion to our trip. I was bit skeptical at first, booking trip through trvel websites like traveltriagle, and paying such high amounts as this was my first such experience. But, our entire trip went really well, thanks to Indeman travels.

Tourism came up with a wonderful plan where I ended up not only absorbing all the tourist places but also ensuring that I was able to work. Perfect workcation must say. This was a very hassle free booking, the coordinators (Sharmistha and Kriti) were amazing and was every time available. Sharmistha patiently worked with me to create the perfect travel package and guided me with her knowledge. All the three guides that were assigned to me were very cordial, helpful and knowledgeable about the place. The hotel booked were good with no concerns. I really enjoyed the experience and Travel Triangle is my new favorite travel group for bookings. Thank you team and all the very best! Sikkim is a beautiful place, each places were memorable- Nathula Pass, Tsomgo Lake, Pelling and Ravangala sites were most memorable.
