Property should cater to vegetarian and seniors. Dinner should be included in tours. Overall experience at Sam Desert was average. Jodhpur and Jaisalmer has good sight seeing locations. Cities lack cleanliness.

Hotels were great, but travel agency service fell short.
The hotel accommodations were very good—we really enjoyed the overall vibe and location. However, our experience with the travel agent needs significant improvement.
Post-booking responsiveness was almost non-existent, and timely responses t
o queries promised during booking were not provided. Additionally, there were transparency and pricing issues:
Cab Booking: We were advised to book a cab outside TravelTriangle with a price fixed over WhatsApp, but the agent increased the fare on the actual day citing peak season.
Scooty Rental: We were assured a scooty would be arranged a day prior to our arrival for ₹300–₹350/day. Upon arrival, we were directed to rent directly from the resort, which charged ₹800/day.
Summary: Highly recommend the hotels, but cannot recommend the travel agency due to poor communication and unfulfilled commitments.

overall it was very good trip to Char dham + hemkund sahib with adventure mania .
Pros -
1. on time response during the trip even if its late night , many thanks to Zaara and Sonu kumar for this
2. cab driver Vikash provided was very good and polite and has very good knowledge about the details,r
egistration and proceedings at every dham . he made our trip very smooth and his song selections were just awesome from bhakti to filmy songs.
3. the itinerary was followed almost very well.
4. hotels at rishikesh ,barkot and kedarnath were very good.
Cons
1. adventure mania promised they will be able to do our kedarnath heli ticket from irctc portal but they were not able to do that which caused extra cost per person for our heli tickets when we tried to get directly from counter
2. hotels at some places like guptkashi and uttarkashi were not that good and also didnt have proper parking for the cab .
3. they booked wrong hotel for hemkund sahib and even afte rtelling them in advance they didnt changed it before .
4. Darshan from travel triangle is also very bad. he didnt enquired anything before and during the trip about he trip is going on and when asked for help he simply told i cant do. he should be more professional and polite.

We recently booked our Kerala trip with Pleasure India, and honestly, it was a really awesome experience.
We had been exploring multiple vendors for a few days, but what really stood out was the support we received from Ms. Alia. She suggested different options, understood what we were looking for,
and helped us choose the right itinerary and stays. Her suggestions were so helpful that we decided to go ahead with Pleasure India and booked the trip on the same day.
Her recommendations also helped us explore a few more places while saving around ₹8,000 to ₹10,000, which was a great plus.
We also had a small issue with our room at one of the stays because we checked in late in the evening. Alia immediately stepped in, spoke with the hotel management, and helped us get the issue resolved.
There are many more things I can mention, but overall, Pleasure India and especially Alia made our Kerala trip much smoother and more enjoyable.
I would definitely recommend Pleasure India to anyone planning a Kerala trip.
