He was always available whenever we needed any help, regularly checked in with us every day to make sure everything was going well, and even helped us with a few customisations during the trip itself. That level of support genuinely made the journey stress-free.
The hotels arranged were excellent, the travel planning was smooth, and everything was very well coordinated from start to finish. Our driver was also very supportive throughout the journey. He suggested good family-friendly stops on the way and helped us find good vegetarian food options during the trip, which made travelling much more comfortable for us as a family.

However, we would like to share a few points of feedback for improvement:
1. The role of Travel Triangle during the trip was quite limited. Especially, the support from Alina was negligible, as none of our queries were responded by her.
2. Better vehicle options could have been suggested. For such long-distance travel, an Ertiga or a more comfortable vehicle would have been a better choice for the group.
3. The travel from Kaziranga to Shillong was extremely hectic and tiring. It would have been better to plan a halt in between to make the journey more comfortable.
We hope this feedback helps in improving the overall customer experience for future travelers.
