My Holiday Trip Review
I had a wonderful time on my recent holiday trip. The overall experience was enjoyable and memorable — from the scenic locations to the well-planned itinerary and friendly people I met along the way. Every place we visited had something unique to offer, and I truly appreciated the time spent exploring and relaxing.
The only downside was the hotel accommodation, which was not up to the mark. The facilities and service did not meet expectations and could definitely use some improvement. Despite this, it didn’t overshadow the overall trip, which I thoroughly enjoyed.
Looking forward to my next adventure!

Worst experience with Travel tringle and trip sailer, I booked hotels for my trip with 4 star category, after making payment trip sailer changed my hotels to lowerand worst class hotels by stating that rooms are not available even they didnot discussed with me for changing hotels, when I checked other platform room are showing vacent, also after change of hotel they didnot refund the differential amount as well, after that when I went for check in I found that rooms not booked and on my complaint they booked the hotel to a third class hotel, and after spending 3 hours outside hotel I have to go for another hotel, trip sailer is a completely fraud company and behaviour of sheetal and saurabh was too bad, they are not customer oriented and totally unprofessional, when I made complaint to travel tringle executive, he was also feeling helpless and not supported to me, I am surprize to see that travel tringle is doing business with such fraud agents.

The overall experience was just about okay — not terrible, but definitely not what was promised or expected.
While the itinerary was planned in advance, the car provided was far from luxury, despite prior assurance, and felt more like a basic taxi. The driver was polite but mostly functioning as a pick-and-drop resource, without any flexibility if we had to go somewhere else. Although he was very polite and very punctual.
One of the most disappointing moments came on our last day, when we were headed to the airport for our return flight and the assigned cab had a flat tire. We had to urgently book another cab on our own to avoid missing our flight — something that should never happen with a managed tour.
We were also told we would be added to a WhatsApp group before the trip for coordination, but no such group was ever created. On the day we visited Nusa Penida, we waited over an hour at the port without being able to reach any agent — in India, in Bali, or the driver. That part of the experience felt very poorly managed and left us feeling stranded.
In summary, it was a 3-star experience — some things worked as per plan, but the service lacked warmth, flexibility, and responsiveness. With a few improvements in communication, car quality, and on-ground support, the experience could be significantly better.
