They gave good quality hotel specialy at Shimla and Chandigarh. Had a delicious food we got there. I will recommend those who will stay at Shimla please visit Paradise Village resort once. Very peaceful and decent place to spend time with love ones. Also in Manali hotel was okay. And food was also okay. In Chandigarh, swan hotel and there food was very delicious. I would like to thanks Mr Jagdish Chandel sir who take effort for this trip .last but not the least I mostly thankful to my cab driver mr. Harry (contact no. 9911700182). He help us during 7 days of trip. He also gave best deals in various adventure activities. He suggests many things to make my tour memoriable. I would recommend and suggest people who are going to Delhi Manali or Chandigarh , asked for Mr Harry . He is the honest man and guide you properly during trip. He is very innocent and helping as well as soft in nature l. Thanks Mr Harry for made or trip memoriable. There were many moments are memoriable during trip. But the best is my cab driver actually he had behave like a eilder brother. He treat us like family. He took care of us . He had taken followup until we reached home safely i.e. in Maharashtra. First driver was not knowing any places. Bcz of him we missed some places. No free time we got to rest. It was fully a tight packed travel. Shimla hotel was hopeless. No water in the morning. Bedbugs were there in the room. In Manali hotel was nice. An adventurous trip to rohtang pass.

Overall, it was a good experience. The stay was great. Agent Sachin was very helpful throughout the trip planning and afterward. His choices of places and hotels were awesome. However, the driver was rude and seemed to be thinking only of himself. He took us to places that seemed to benefit him more than us and didn't seem interested otherwise.

I have booked Manali-kasol-shimla trip(including volvo bus and cab). It was a good trip overall though I faced few issues which were not so big but can be avoided if taken care properly by travel agent, 1. First being the volvo bus details, I got tickets without bua service name & so I had to call multiple times for getting exact details and everytime I was being routed to some new person. 2. Then the cab driver who supposed to pick us from Manali bus stop refused to do so and another cab was provided from bus stop to hotel. 3. Even after asking multiple times about the heaters, it was not included in the Kasol camps and we had to pay extra amount on top of whole package and Kasol Kabila camp staff was so rude and camp was not upto the mark(as shown in pictures). 4. Then same heater problem in Shimla hotel as it was not included as per hotel staff, I had to again call my travel agent ( it was then provided quickly without asking additional money). But overall these small small issues are mood spoiler and didn't make the trip smooth. All these can be taken care easily by travel agent by checking details thoroughly in advance. Hotels were nice & overall the trip was good too but could have been better.

Happy with Cab, cab driver, Hotel Royal Regency Shimla and Hotel Vivan the Sunrise at Manali. but very disappointed with the hill county resort & Spa at Manali, We asked and paid for 4 star property and that is not seem like 1 star. I wasted my Happy time by arguing with them and our travel agent made us to stay there for two days as we paid full amount. Happy with the way Sandeep coordinated through out the trip. I would suggest All India Holidays Especially Sandeep for planning your trip. At the same time make sure you go through the hotel reviews carefully.

Loved and enjoyed the holiday most! Ravinder Biswal form Tripenure ensured that it was all taken care of and was always available for a single phone call. Such a nice person I must say. Hotels were excellent and the driver for the car was knowledgeable and an excellent, polite driver. The food in the hotels was superb !! Really took care of the guests and their requirements. Travel Triangle should collect the payment and strict instructions should be given to the travel agents not to deal directly without involving travel triangle. My agreed price increased by Rs.7,500 by the travel agent just because I enquired thru by the travel triangle in addition to per person payment of Rs.300. Travel Agent: For custom made itenaries the travel agents must improve. While I must say our travel agent was very accommodating but at times he would have very round about answers which would raise a doubt in our minds as to whether we are doing the right thing. Overall A nice Experience and good people to deal with. But you must make your own suggestions and research so that you can improve the itenary to suit your needs. Hotels and Food: The Hotels selected were very average. May be considering the town / locality but when we roamed around we thought we could got have got better options for the same or similar price. When we were asking agent about better hotels he simply told us that price will double which became a deterrent and we went with the flow. Advice - When selecting hotels pls check room size and other compete sites to choose most feasible options. On the whole for the price range they were good hotels. Food in the hotels was ala carte and average. Simple food but very little variety. Hotel staff at each place was very very courteous and helpful and always gave us whatever we wanted so the 3 stars are actually for them. Properties were clean and rooms were decent. Car and Driver: Car was in good condition. We selected an innova crysta but for six people it may get a little packed. The Driver was very skilled and took us through the winding roads carefully and safely even with heavy to moderate rainfall and therefore happy with his service. However he was not well versed with all spots and hidden treasures which we had to explore on our and do our own research and depend on google maps to take us there. Which was a minus point. Overall he was a very good guy who took us around everywhere we wanted to go. Overall we had a good time and a decently budgeted trip. Must see places: Pal dhaba chandigarh for all foodies Sukhna Lake chandigarh Dalai Lama Temple (Mc leod ganj) Cable car ride (to McLeod ganj) Dharamshala Cricket Stadium Kargil war memorial Khajjiar Khajjiar (Dalhousie) Bejee’s Point Naddi Dal Lake Foods to try in Dalhousie Gandhi Chowk: Kulhad Tandoori chai Ban tikka Chicken tikkas Gulab Jamuns Go to Kwality restaurant the food is very good

Ideal tours have given us a tremendous honeymoon experience. The travel agent Aman, was very helpful from the beginning. The hotels were decent enough. The itinerary was well set. The driver was also knowledgeable. The Chandigarh hotel was not good and needs better quality in terms of service. Google Inn Shimla was the best. Their service is exceptional. Tangle wood villa hotel view was blocked due to a construction happening in the neighborhood. But otherwise all good. Thank you Aman and ideal tours for this wonderful experience. Overall trip experience was satisfactory. Hotels provided were good, although hotel was changed last minute in Dharamshala and was not properly informed to us. Only issue we had was with the cab driver who was non cooperative most of the time. He didnt follow timings and was rude in behavior.
