w on first day of tour that driver was inexperienced and was not much knowledgeable. He has started driving the cab recently and joined the tour business recently. In Munnar we had booked hotel ourselves but we took recommendation from Back 2 Travels for good 5 star resort who recommended for Elixir Hills Suites resort. We had very bad experience at resort as it was not at all 5 star resort. We had lots of issues such as stains on bed sheets, Jacuzzi was not working, water getting choked up in basins etc. The service staff was not helpful and we had very disappointed stay. There was Kanyakumari tour where we had to reach the location before 4pm to take the ferry ride ticket. But our driver was not aware of the timing and we reached late by 15 mins. Due to that we couldn't do the ferry ride. We couldn't see anything in Kanyakumari due to the lack of knowledge of driver and tour operator. On 2nd last day of tour, driver said that he has to leave due to emergency and he left. Then we informed tour operator so he said another driver will come as next day we had to take our return flight. Till next day afternoon tour operator Shehjad didn't give any driver details. I was continuously doing follow up with Shehjad who gave some lame excuses but didn't provide any driver details. Also it was agreed that driver will take us to restaurant and will have lunch . Then he will drop us to airport. Next day after doing lot of follow up he gave driver details. But that driver was saying it's only pick up and drop to airport. He won't take us to restaurant. Due to this miscommunication we had to face lot of trouble. There were lot of phone communication between tour operator and their agent in Kerala throughout the tour and we used to waste lot of our time in sorting out the miscommunication. On last day we agreed to reach airport early as driver was not agreeing to take restaurant. The airport was closed that time and there were no eating options for my small kid. Then we booked cab on our own to come out of airport and we went to restaurant to have lunch. Tour operator reimbursed the amount however the trouble and mental tension which our family got can't be explained in words.

After landed to Trivandrum and on-boarded in taxi, You welcome me in Kerala like you and your system like terrorist group and rush to all payment in minutes otherwise taxi will be parked on highway and will not move till the payment. It was a pathetical behavior I ever seen from professionals.
