Bhutan INC Tours made the trip of Bhutan so amazing! They were professional, kind and detail-oriented from my first interaction with them. I really appreciate that Miss Lalita created a personalised itinerary for me that was based around my love for hiking and trekking. The team put together a custom off the beaten path experience which was everything I could have asked for and more. My guide Sir Ugyen Nima had so much knowledge which he shared at every opportunity. I was enriched by his experiences whilst on this journey together. Thank you Ugyen Sir! Special mention also needs giving out here about how awesome it was having Mr Yeshi (my driver/guide) who played some great tunes throughout our drives around various parts of beautiful Bhutan thus adding another layer onto an already enjoyable trip. Each day brought new accommodation facilities; all equally comfortable some days were more cozy, but still I had ample of sleep to get ready for the next day. The meals provided for breakfast and dinner were very healthy and even got to experience the authentic bhutanese cuisine! Getting to know Bhutan through Bhutan INC Tours has been nothing short of mind blowing! Thank you so much guys for showing me such an awesome time – words fail when trying to describe just how grateful I am towards everyone involved!! Special Thanks to Mam Khina and Lalita for taking out time from their busy schedule to have a short meeting. Much appreciated!

My trip to Bhutan was peaceful relaxing and rejuvinating. Recommended for professionals looking for a break. The planning through travel agent Sharmila was pretty straightforward and she accommodated all our requests within a budget friendly package. Once the inital planning was done, I did not need to care about anything throughout the tour. All the contacts- agents , driver and guide were very humble, genuine, responsive and adaptive. Food in the hotels was simple with limited options

I had a wonderful experience during my recent trip to Bhutan. The behavior and politeness of the guide, driver, and hotel staff were exceptional. I am truly impressed by the beauty of Bhutan—it's such a beautiful country. GBS Tour and Travel organized my itinerary flawlessly and everything went smoothly. I will definitely recommend them to my friends. Both the guide and driver provided excellent support during our journey and trekking, assisting us every step of the way. Regarding the hotels, while some bedsheets weren't changed, the views from the hotel rooms were breathtaking. Particularly, the view from the Punakha hotel was amazing

Abhisek's 6 days trip to Bhutan

I can’t thank enough to Bhutan Inc team for making our Bhutan trip absolutely unforgettable. From the very beginning, our coordinator Miss Sumitra, meticulously handled every detail, ensuring our hotel bookings and itinerary were perfect. Our driver (Mr Sharan Giri) and tour guide (Mr Karma Wangchuk) were the stars of the show - friendly, cheerful, and always going the extra mile to create lasting memories. They accommodated all our requests, including changes to the itinerary, and were incredibly supportive. Our guide's encouragement and assistance were truly invaluable. They even ensured our food preferences were met at all the hotels/restaurants/cafe throughout our stay. BhutanINC truly exceeded our expectations and we can't wait to recommend them to everyone we know. Shoutout to Ms Sumitra and Ms Lalita for being very warm and welcoming to us. Thanks for the Made in Bhutan gift hamper. The picnic that was arranged by the guide and driver.

Tips

Dressing

Make sure you dress conservatively in Bhutan since it’s a relatively conservative Bhuddist country. The traditional dress of the Bhutanese are long skirts going all the way to the ankle and long sleeves along with high necklines. Therefore, even if you are not wearing the traditional dress, try to keep your arms and legs covered at all times. Make sure you have footwear suitable for hikes in the mountainous terrain of Bhutan.

Cuisine

Bhutanemese food is known for its unique taste and deliciousness. The authentic dishes of Bhutan can be very different from Tibetian or Nepali food. The most famous Bhutanese dish is Ema datshi. The dish is made of chillies and a delicious cheese sauce. You should definitely try this traditional dish. The cheese or datshi is taken with other ingredients like potatoes (Kewa Datshi), mushrooms (Shamu Datshi) and even beef (Shakam ema datshi).

Culture

Bhutan is conservative Buddhist country and follows the Tibetan form of Mahayana Buddhism. The country’s isolationist policies has made it possible for people to preserve their religion. Your exploration of the country cannot end without falling absolutely in live with the serenity of Bhutan’s culture.

Festivals

If you love exploring different cultures and traditions, make sure to time your arrival in Bhutan with the start of a festival. There are a number of festivals celebrated in Bhutan every year. Some of the famous festivals are the paro and Thimphu Tshechu showcasing colourful dancing and beautiful aesthetic costumes that will leave you in a state of awe. Some of the other festivals that you might want to explore are the Ura Matsusake Mushroom festival or the Haa Summer Festival.

It is no wonder that the tourism to Bhutan has been constantly increasing. The unparalleled beauty topped with a unique culture has drawn the attention of many travellers. You might want peace and comfort and Bhutan tour packages from Bangalore will guide you to the best way of spending your time in this hidden gem of Southeast Asia.
