Complimentary water bottles has to be requested and since we were out all day they asked if we still needed the water. Cheap mindset to save a bottle of water. 4. Night time staff is uneducated - they keep a person with waiter uniform who is non cooperative and when asked about his manager he said she is pregnant. Basically, this hotel should be blacklisted for internationa tourists.

We had 75 years old person and 1 and half year baby. It was very difficult for us to manage. If this was the service we would have booked one cab after reaching the place. Very bad experience with service
