Harsh's 6 days trip to Thailand

Day 1 - Pick up time was not planned well. But still we managed to message and convey delay for Immigration. This should have planned and kept pick up time of 10.30am. Also visa forms can be planned and filled up earlier also. (Visa forms details should be told to customer beforehand, as we had to f
ill 2 forms out of which about 2nd form we got to know at last minute which caused further delay and hence delayed pick up time. Also still despite of delayed pick up we reached Woraburi bit earlier and still as room allotment time was 2pm we had to wait and because of poor hotel management got room almost 25-30mins late by 2.30pm. rest part of the day and Alcazar show was good. Day 2 - This day went really nice and really nice hotel (Woraburi). Day 3 - start of the day was awful because of annoyed agent came for the water sports payment in morning yelling at us. (he should have come yesterday on day 2 evening itself and he didn't accept card payment also he wanted cash so had to rush unnecessarily early morning while getting ready. Though not a good start of the day, rest of the day went well. Day 3 - we left on time and day was well spent at madam Tusssands and back to nice Hotel (Furama), followed by some shopping. Day 4 - Here again Driver did unnecessarily hurry although planned time was 8am they preponed it last minute to 7.30am. Driver did not allow us to have breakfast time even till 7.30. This day again after Safari unnecessarily hurry for Pick up was done and we had to run in the middle of a Spy war Show which could have been included and pick up could have planned after this show. Day 5 - As we had early flight at 8.10am, we had to leave early, here also there was improperly planned timings for pick up were given 4am for domestic flight where even 1hr buffer time was enough. Unnecessary they pushed us to get ready earlier and had to negotiate timings with Travel persons instead of enjoying our time. Very poor planning. Day -6 on Day 6 we reached earlier and lovely response by Krabi team they were the most professional people I have came accross. Lovely time spent here. Day 7 - Lovely hospitality at Apple a day and tour and return. Very nice. Day 8 - morning we left for Phuket, did Tiger Kingdom and then to Hotel. This Hotel (Andakira was good I won't say bad but seemed a bit downgrade from other hotels still was a good choice as nearby, just that I would have loved it if it would have had Jaccuzzi as well as all the earlier ones had it so it could have made our trip superb. Still NP as Apple a Day was awesome in Krabi. Rest everything was good. I would only say there is vast difference in Planning by your sales person and Execution of tour planning according to plan by operations team both have to sync up properly for better execution of the trip. Nikita gets full marks for planning our trip so nicely. Only operations team did not planned properly.. Krabi was a lovely place from immediate response and pick up to the lovely Apple a Day resort. Very lovely and professional people also loved 4 island tour. loved Phuket journey of nice night clubs, beach and phi phi Island tour. Loved the Alkazar show, Coral Island tour and Underwater world in Pattaya, Madam Tusssands, Safari and Marine Park at Bankok. Memorable journey so far.

The services provided by travel agent and cab driver was amazing. They were always ready to accommodate any special requests and ready to address any inconveniences. The first hotel provided was unhygienic and rooms were dirty + allocated late, but the next 2 stays were good - both food n rooms were
great. Travel agents Shailendra, Himani and cab driver Chanchal were always suggesting and guiding on best way to cover and make the most of the trip, they were ready to accommodate any last minute changes - which was very helpful.
