I got the feedback from the guest for which I booked the trip they said it was very good until the last hotel named hotel maharaja was booked for us, there were cockroaches and bad smell in the room and this ruined the whole experience, I have given 7 because of that only else this whole trip was 9/10

We planned our Italy trip through Wiseyatra and from visa assistance to trip, it was very smooth experience. For Visa assistance, they checked all documents before submitting to visa office. WiseYatra team followed up for every single step. While finalising the itenary, they do their best to resolve all our queries and fulfill all the requirement. The hotels given to us were very nice, safe and closer to the main attraction points. All the intercity travels were pre-booked and WiseYatra really did an amazing job for train alteration. All the details with sightseeing, transportation, google map links, directions etc were properly mentioned in the itenary which was really helpful. Enjoyed an awesome vacation in Cambodia and Vietnam which was seamlessly coordinated by Travel Triangle and flawlessly executed by the local travel agent - SViet tours and travels. Good choice of hotels and perfect communication though the trip. I didn't have to worry about anything, be it pick up from airport ( I had 3 international flights and 2 domestic flights in Vietnam),pick up for daily tour, tour guides and my food ( as scheduled).Thumbs up to Travel Triangle and kudos to SViet Tours and travels.
