I already provided feedback on the Driver to Penny on our return from Bangkok Hotel to DMK airport, The driver was rude but that does not take away the efforts put in by Trip dost and Penny who were very efficient and professional. Overall, the trip was a memorable and enjoyable experience. The arrangements made by Jeremy Travel were well-organized, and the hotels provided were clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near local markets, which made exploring the area easy. A special mention to Nakul, our tour coordinator, who was extremely supportive and attentive throughout the trip. He called us twice every day—once in the morning and again in the evening—to check in and ensure everything was going smoothly. His proactive communication was truly appreciated and made us feel well taken care of. Kudos to him! The only drawback we faced was due to the unpredictable weather—occasional rain did affect our sightseeing plans. Additionally, while the drivers provided were good and polite, punctuality was an issue. Being local, they are familiar with the traffic situation, and we felt they should have planned better to avoid delays. On a couple of occasions, we missed out on visiting certain spots because the drivers arrived late. Despite these minor hiccups, we are overall very satisfied with the service provided. The packages offered are better than the other websites and apps and a user have multiple quotations to choose the right and even customise. Overall, this was my second trip and i am quite happy from them. Few suggestions: Improve your app as its lags too much and often logouts while switching tabs within and as a user for now we have to switch to mobile website instead of app which works fine. The plan shared should have better explanations and also the sales team needs to be more trained. For example: i took a trip to mountains and a national park. They mentioned the cab is without AC which i assumed AC will not be required. But it is as you can only feel the air for some time but when there is dust on road you should have options to close the window. I should have taken a better option in it but the point is when i am booking all 5 star hotels why cant i pay 10k more for a better cab which was never suggsted and as a travel aggrigator or agency you should be able to suggest the customer for it.
