I already provided feedback on the Driver to Penny on our return from Bangkok Hotel to DMK airport, The driver was rude but that does not take away the efforts put in by Trip dost and Penny who were very efficient and professional. He called us twice every day—once in the morning and again in the evening—to check in and ensure everything was going smoothly. The only drawback we faced was due to the unpredictable weather—occasional rain did affect our sightseeing plans. Additionally, while the drivers provided were good and polite, punctuality was an issue. Being local, they are familiar with the traffic situation, and we felt they should have planned better to avoid delays. On a couple of occasions, we missed out on visiting certain spots because the drivers arrived late. Despite these minor hiccups, we are overall very satisfied with the service provided.
