We recently had a wonderful vacation to Ooty, and everything about the trip was simply perfect. Right from the cab arrangements to the hotel stay and sightseeing, everything went smoothly and exceeded our expectations. A special mention to our cab driver, Prakash. He was extremely professional, courteous, and friendly throughout the trip. His knowledge of the local spots and helpful nature made our experience even more enjoyable. He ensured we were comfortable at all times and assisted us with every little detail during the trip. Overall the trip and experience was wonderful and we had a great time but we would have liked if the travel agency planned our private tour better like casela national park was planned on sunday when a lot of activities are closed. Casela national park and luxury boat on La ilux
