Travel agent asked for tip, never ever had been asked for tip by an agent and when we denied after completing our trip ,agent said giving tip is not an big issue.Hotel Manager at hotel Grand Hill View begged for tip while he did not even lift our hankies ,no greetings,no welcome , nothing but while we were leaving he came to my husband asking for tip and when given 100 Rs ,he asked for more money saying give us more .As if our money is tree grown not earned. Pony ride charges were not mentioned in the itinerary at least must have been mentioned lum sum cost per person,so itinerary was not good. Coming back to hotel Rozan jay our room was good But at dinner, food was getting served as if you are having free food. New Manager walking in suit kept eyes on you while you fill your plate. And this behaviour was very unwelcoming , like seriously if you want your guest to have food as per your liking and serving capacity then do not even serve food. Also Menü varied to normal to good only when larger group checked in into the hotel, this is not right way. At least do not make your longer staying guests feel as nothing and less respectable just because they are not coming in with 5 6 persons. Gulmarg was great .

Our Tour was well planed and managed by Ram (Sourav Enterprises). Ram was nice and polite while speaking. He used to check everyday for each site visit and made sure that each site visit is smooth. Also drivers provided by him were good and knowledgeable. In 5 days we have completed most of sites in Hyderabad. Attractions were Ramoji, Nehru Zoology park, Srisailam, Snow world sites. The entire trip is smooth and the driver is friendly with us. The hotel at Munnar is very good at nice locality and ambience. The hotel at Thekkady is the worst one, did not offer complimentary breakfast and dinner, and the facilities are not good. It is more like a lodge and does not deserve to be a 3-star hotel. The houseboat at Alleppey is the best of all the experiences we had. Houseboat at Alleppey and the morning jeep safari at Munnar are the best memories of the trip.

1. The experience with Navi Crow was satisfactory, with the exception of one aspect Northern Himalayas. 2. Staying at Night Campen in the Northern Himalayas would have been problematic due to the unsanitary conditions; it is advisable to avoid recommending this location to families, particularly those with young children seeking a comfortable overnight stay. 3. All other accommodation arrangements were commendable; however, it would have been even better to have options closer to the Ganga River or Triveni Sangam for attending the aarti and enjoying quality time for seating and meditation without extensive travel. 4. The quality of food across all hotels was satisfactory; however, an increased variety of options would enhance the dining experience. 5. The chauffeur demonstrated commendable skills, yet he appeared somewhat discontent with the management, which created a slight discomfort during our travels; nonetheless, there were no personal grievances with him. 6. The vehicle provided was spacious and comfortable, contributing positively to our overall experience.
