Sanketparate
Sanketparate's 7 days trip to Kerala
Firstly the hotel provided by the travel agent in athirapally was not good, the rooms were not in a good condition, old furniture and very small. The driver provided by the agent was not able to communicate properly in hindi. We had a lot of issues talking to him and understanding him, Also he had q
uarrels with other people during the trip 2-3 times. He was himself ready to show us places outside the itinerary which were known to him, may be there was commission for him. But when we asked to take us to a place other than itinerary, He said it is not in the itinerary and i cant take you there

Overall I would rate 8/10 for my 1st trip with travel triangle but coordination was not good on terms of hotel booking, cab driver & communication between agency & cab driver for itenary fulfillment.
Alleppy houseboat experience was awesome along with athirapally waterfall sightseeing.

Affordable decent Package & customer oriented team to assist during the tour. The trip journey was awesome the stay at Athirapalli & Alleppey houseboat was memorable.
Athirapalli waterfall, Jeep Safari's breathtaking ride & the Alleppey houseboat was one of the nicest.

Driver was bad. Angry and rude and he covered munnar in one day and on second he forced us to go on jeep safari for sight seeing that costed 4000 rs. He kept pushing us for paid activities and told that munnar is done, nothing left now. Athirapally falls use to be done on first day he told us that w
e will do last day as we were having no knowledge. Last day we just went athirapally falls, no sight seeing in cochin was covered as there were about 5 - 6 places in itenary. He don't use to stop at sight seeing viewpoint in munnar. Bad behaviour and we were not very comfortable
Houseboat and munnar and athirapally falls.
Lulu hypermarket was also good.
Every memory was good in its own way, its just that driver should have been good enough to make the trip perfect.

We had an amazing time exploring Kerala, all thanks to Wondersky Travels. From start to finish, everything was incredibly well-coordinated — punctual drivers, clean hotels, and a well-planned itinerary that covered all the must-see spots: Athirapally, Munnar, Thekkady, Alleppey, and Kochi.

Overall experience was good...though the cab was old , driver riyaz was excellent in every way, in terms of time, behaviour.... The hotels provide was good.. the only hitch was the houseboat in Alleppey.... We had mentioned we r 3 adults but the room provided was very very inadequate...also the beh
aviour of the staff members of the alternate boat was atrocious.... His behaviour was such that as if he is doing us a favor...
Kiran of comfort destination was generally good and responsive..... But wish she could have given a better service regarding this houseboat issue.... Bcoz it was all talk but with no fruitful results
Apart from Alleppey each and every day of our trip was memorable.... Athirapally was mesmerizing

Overall, it was a good trip, and I was happy with the service.
The driver, Alan Pratrick, was excellent. He ensured we visited all the important places without missing any. I would also like to thank Kishore from All India Holiday Travel for his quick responses and all the necessary arrangements fo
r the trip.

Robin from Comfort was good at scheduling our trip and the best part was he was available at any time. Great person. The trip on the whole was great with all resorts chosen to our taste except one at Thekkady. The rooms were too small. We enjoyed the trip thoroughly. The guide cum driver Anil was
exceptionally good. He knew the places and routes so well. We found new places like Malarikal Lilly lakes which was wonderful experience.
Malarikal Lilly lakes and some water falls at Munnar was mesmerising. Athirapally was awesome falls.

Our trip to kerala was nice. Properties in munnar & alleppey were good, athirapally could have been better in terms of amenities & room. Driver was friendly & drove very well in hilly terrain. Overall we had a good experience with j square & travel triangle.

Overall nice trip except two hotels were below average , specially blue moon hotel in munnar . Cab was nice , driver was good but they refuge to take me to athirapalli waterfall saying that it is not in itinerary ,i show them your quote but they were adamant, finally mr. Rakesh somehow convinced th
em . But everything must be cleared before a trip. If you say three star hotel then stick to it otherwise it leaves bad impression for your company.
Bamboo Dale munnar and house boat Alleppey were excellent.
