Our experience with the agents in Delhi was very good. While Parth and Raj from Goa Originals were extremely helpful, polite, friendly and available on call 24*7. They planned and changed the itinerary as per our request. Even at the last minute. They were readily available to answer any questions
asked at any time. Their on-site coordinator was totally the opposite and not responsive. The sight seeing cab service was also tedious and frustrating - not deserving as the service was not good. The airport transfers were smooth. I would like to acknowledge our driver, Florence, who came to drop us at the airport. He was cooperative, polite and friendly. I would recommend Goa Originals only for Parth and Raj. But they need to work on their on-site coordinators and cab service.

e right location based on the city and reach-ability to other services. (I have cross checked the earlier hotel locations and later changed hotel locations, especially in Venice we would have faced a lot of trouble if we stayed in the earlier booked hotel, but Prashant has changed to best hotel premises where all the other services are in reach and it's the heart of the Venice city) a very big thank you for him. Their dedication to trip planing was excellent, they planned the trip like their own trip. Overall a best service from Uday & Prashant for our first memorable international trip (Venice-Florence-Rome). Thanks a lot guys :)

I immensely thank Mr. Prashant Daroch & Mr. Shubham Gupta for having taken keen interest and booked out tickets meticulously, our Hotel bookings were done taking into consideration the closest distance from the station, so that it was within the walking distance, the guided tours and also the pi
ck up from the Airport in Rome, the trip to Amalfi Coast covering Ravello, Positano & Sorrento, guided tour to Pompeii from Naples, the tour to Pisa from Florence were superb. All the inter city transfers were booked by trains & there was never a hitch i.e., transfer from Rome to Naples, Naples to Florence, Florence to Padova. Even the "Hop-on & Hop-off" bus tickets were booked in Rome and it was very convenient way of seeing the place at your convenience & added convenience was that the boarding & ending points were close to our Hotel (within walking distance). The Hotels booked were very good and made our stay comfortable in every way be it food, the cleanliness & a always ambience. Mr. Prashant & Mr. Shubham were always very courteous & did their best to help us out with our itinerary , tickets, hotel booking, tours, train tickets etc and also my invoices were provided. In all our group of eight people has a fabulous tour which will forever remain etched in our memories. A wonderful job by Mr Prashant & Mr. Shubham. The duo really deserves accolades.
