Hardly had any local knowledge about places and had to call his acquaintance every single time to check. We had to call our agent. Also tried to have his cut in tourist locations and in Dawki made us pay Rs 600 more. Our travel agent Prabhat was reachable at all points in time and we had to ask him to intervene multiple times. The hotels were decent. But lots of missing co ordination between agency and driver which is not acceptable
