Shresta's 7 days trip to Kerala

I used Travel Triangle and a few people reached out to me with different quotation but I went with Travel Unbounded as they were happy to customise according to my needs. But I really need to point out: DRIVER 1. We did not get the car we were promised and the car had a half broken glass. 2. Our
drivers kept changing and we were given the wrong details of the person and car. 3. Driver hardly knew any Hindi and nor did he know good which made our trip more than just difficult. 4. Driver stressed us to go places that he thought were worth going too even when they were out of the way. 5. The first driver took parking money from us whereas the second driver never asked for it. So was it on us or no? 6. The driver took us to the beach where we could only spend 20 mins knowing the fact we only had half a day. If we would have known kovalam beach was next to our hotel and we would have loved to have a dip there instead of preferring a boat ride AGAIN. CULTURAL ACTIVITIES 1. We were asked by the driver to see kathakali at twice saying its one of the best. 2. We were repeatedly asked to do safari whereas, we could have considered some other thought over options. 3. The house boat was platinum but smelled of petrol the whole time we were in the room, which even had an AC. Also, we understand Kerala tourism is taken seriously by the state govt but really didn't feel like we had a say in what we wanted to do or how we felt. And It really matters how your driver describes the place and curates the trip for you and your compatibility with him. But overall I really think if we would have had another person with a different attitude, we would have remembered more happy stuff than just this.

Sujoy's 4 days trip to Kerala

The 2nd day of Munnar trip was not as per itinerary. We were first taken to the adventure park which was not mentioned in itinerary and it took around 3 hours inside which killed most of the time.We were not taken to the national park(which was mentioned in itinerary) and the reason stated by dirver
was that it is closed, but as per itinerary the park was supposed to be closed from 1st Feb and we were supposed to visit on 29th Jan only. We were not taken to shooting point as the driver told it is not in his jurisdiction, but it was mentioned in itinerary. Even on the 1st day of travel to Munnar, there was hardly one sight seeing stop . Hotel stays were good, but Munnar sight seeing trip was not at all good as lots of things were not covered as per itinerary. Regarding house boat stay with Dream makers, I guess the boat stopped for the evening too early, around 5 pm itself they stopped whereas several other boats were still moving.I knew they were supposed to stop by earliest by 5.30 pm,but they stopped quite early.

Aakanksha's 5 days trip to Ladakh

The whole trip was very well planned by Aman....every small details was taken care and we were informed on the same. He was regularly in touch with us through out the trip catering to our requests and queries and handled every request and query with great amount of patience and sincerety. Trip Trail
and Aman is highly recommended from all of us . Special mention to the Hotel Sangaylay Palace in Leh with their extra ordinary services.....they were the highlight of our trip.....by far one of the best services by a hotel that we have experienced at a national or international level.

Sirisha's 5 days trip to Thailand

First and foremost, I'd like to thank the Thailand team, our driver, and Yugal for making our trip so memorable. Mainly, I wanted to thank our driver for the smooth brief visits to the Big Buddha, Tiger Park, Chalong Temple, and so on, as well as the right guidance. We appreciate his tolerance and h
ospitality. We visited eight islands in total over the course of 2 days, and they were all excellent. Nothing appeared to have gone wrong but a guide for snorkeling is needed actually.
